Easy to assemble and you can move to any room and it has the window space cover easy to adjust. Cools really fast too. Yeah it's a bit pricey compared to other window AC but it's worth it, no lifting either.

I spent $400.00 on this. I have another of this brand and really liked it. This thing is a piece of junk. Never gets cold. Just blows cool air. Don't waist your time or money.

Horrible unit. We bought one in June, it quit working in July. Had it replaced and that one quit working in August. Ended up returning it and getting a refund in order to buy from someplace else. Do not waste your money on this.

Don't Buy it is a waste of your time and Money. The unit just cycles. It may cool for a couple minutes and then stops. It is loud when it does work. It is a waste of time and money.

The machine does cool as advertised, however it is very loud and it has a weird "wood burner " not pleasant smell. I have 2 of these and they both smell.. it's weird.

This ac can't cool a 350 s/f room and it says it can cool 500 s/f room. This is not true. My room would not cool below 77 during the day. I would not recommend this product

I bought my unit about 3 weeks ago and are very happy with it, we had put a addition on our home and didn't want to get another central air unit put in to the 3 rooms, we were pulling the air from the original part of the home thur sliding patio door, we ordered this and it's does the trick. Very happy with our buy.

I just bought this portable air conditioner because my ac broke and temps this week are over 100 degrees. I needed something to cool off at least one room until I can get my ac fixed. I have this ac set up in my living room and it keeps it nice and cool. It is a life saver and it really works. If you need to stay cool this is the portable ac you want it is very easy to set up. It comes with the piece in the window and a hose. All you do is attach the hose to the unit and place the hose in the piece that adjust to any window size. I would buy one for every room because they actually work. Easy set up and keeps the room cool!

I got this to eliminate the stink bugs coming in during the fall. They always came in through my regular window AC and since you can leave the screen in with this unit I thought it would be a perfect replacement. I just got this yesterday, wrestled the thing upstairs (it's heavy!) got it all set up and as soon as I turned it on it showed PF on the display. So now I have to get the dang thing back downstairs to return it. Not a great first impression!

I have had it for a little less than two years and only used it a few times a year, it died with error code E 1 "probe failure" cant get parts unless you are an authorized repair shop. If you read the details on their site its really only a 6 ton unit. Save your money and buy a mini split.
