[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I received the Artic whisper 500 sq ft portable air conditioner from De'Longhi and it works well , I have this in my bedroom and it has kept it cool and has taken out the humidity also. It is easy to install just read the directions . It has been very hot and humid where I am and before bed I turn this on and when I am ready to go to bed my room is nice and cool and what I love is it is very quiet. Yes you also have to empty the water out of the cup because it is an indoor AC unlike window units that water flows out but its really no big deal . This unit comes with a remote so that you do not have to get out of bed to turn it up or down. Another feature is it has a removable filter that you can clean
