I bought one of these last year and liked it so much that I bought another one for my bedroom. So much easier to install than a traditional air conditioner, cools wonderfully and the remote is a nice additional feature. Love that I can install it myself!

Bought this a month ago for our server room. Computers room was getting quite hot, needed to cool it down. So far so good.

Bought it to cool the bedroom off more than the rest of the house. Works great and not to loud either.

Very easy to install. Cools the entire room with no problem. I'm very happy with it's performance. It was a great buy.

Ran great for 24 hours then next day it shutdown and displayed “PF” error code. Error code is Probe Fault and would require service. Returned the unit and did not exchange for another.

This item works amazing ! It was worth every penny spent for it (which isn't really that expensive) one of my best pruchases I made. I would highly recomend this item to others !

We are so pleased with our purchase of this air conditioner. We love the feature of regulatng the humidity in the room as well. It is so much better than any window unit could have been...and quieter too!

Hard to position exhaust hose out window. We have a new house so I don't think it's the style of windows. Just bad design of bracket that holds the hose. We only bought it for emergency use so we can deal with but probably make modifications.

I bought this ac 2months ago and it works great its big enough to cool a big living room.i had one but it wasnt enough btus this one is great going to buy another

Bought this for my grandson for graduation from high school. Best gift ever according to him. He's a big guy & his bedroom gets to hot for him to sleep. Since i bought one for my daughter last year i knew this was a good solution. Both work great! Now if I could just get him to turn it off when he goes out. Lol!
