Easy to use

I read the reviews and some things are accurate. I'm not sure how it gets so many high ratings. The B&W printing is crisp, but slower than I'm use to. The color printing is VERY SLOW and the colors are muted compared to the document; however, they are crisp. Copies are over inked and slightly blurred and the document feeder, believe what others have said. It is very finicky. Sometimes it works and sometimes it just says paper jam when there isn't one.

I loved this when I got it, came with full bottles of ink. The set up was fairly easy once I figured out wifi direct pairing to my router, but I don't print a whole lot, thus has sat long enough to dry up the blue. I'm concerned about completing a power clean in the hopes I can fix, but power clean does shorten the life of the printer. I can print black and white just fine, but my colors have breaks and come out pink and yellow, with banding. It all started when I printed on glossy picture paper without updating the paper type in settings. Be careful of this and make sure you print something once or twice a week to keep it running smoothly!

Have had this printer for a couple of years. For at least half of that time, the auto feeder has not worked. It’s noisy, slow to print, and a disappointment. The only good thing is the ink cost less.

Easy to install and use. Wish it had two sided auto scan but I can live with it as long as it does print double sided. It’s not a photo printer but print’s decent photos. Love it so far.
