Great features

JUST SET THIS UP WITH THE EPSON APP. A ROOT CANAL WOULD HAVE FELT BETTER.

Easy Set-Up!

Relatively simple to install but having Mac's we had to find the print driver online which took a few attempts for the right one. 
Prints slower than anticipated, but with the ink wells, figured that would make up for things, however having an issue with quality of printing and paper jams.  Having the ink wells makes it more difficult to move the machine around for fear of spilling the ink all over.
Have printed less than 500 pages, 95% BW with about 5% coverage. Paper jams now almost every page, and the jet heads are clogged.  
I didn't realize they were clogged until it had run out of paper.....wasted over 50 envelopes.  
Figured out how to clean the heads, more wasted paper and ink.
Still having jamming issues. Followed every suggestion to stop the issue.  now the machine says to call for service.  it's less than a month old and less than 500 pages printed.  
Price and ink are the only thing that's keeping me from returning this machine.

Clogged Ink Heads, Constant Jamming, Slow Printing

Great printer. Do need to throughly read the manual before use. The touch command screen is easy to use after practice. It's just a different way to communicate with the printer that other brands don't offer.
Easy to fill ink cavities and good print per page speed plus easy duplexes on printing.
A bit pricey but worth the money especially on the ink costs!
