We just received our new ecotank et4850 with fax, print, and copy, scan ,really works great so far easy to set up, Love it. Putting ink in was easy as 1,2,3. If you need a new printer I would really look at this one first. Ron k. Michigan

I bought this printer a few months ago. I was happy with it until I tried to print photos. I would rate this printer for photos as a zero. I tried glossy and plain paper with several different settings.

great in saving Ink. can print directly from virtually anywhere using phone or remote PC. I only gave 4 stars because it's ADF alway experiences paper jam and it lacks the ability to auto scan double page printed paper.

I already had purchased ET -22760 and was happy but need to scan at a little high volume so I purchased ET-4850. I us both and great on ink refill. Great saving value

Just purchase today. Was an easy set up. Did seem to use alot of ink during set up but there was still a little bit left in the bottles. Will have to see moving forward how that part works out.

Wow. Didn't realize I've had this printer already for almost two years. EcoTank is great. Only wish that I'd be able to print on disks etc. (that's why I gave 4 out of 5 - otherwise it's excellent)! Also, the older software was better.

Every time I try to print from my iPhone 12 I have to shut the printer off and turn it back on. So inconvenient when trying to get work done. Every time. Annoying. Aggravating. Waste of my time. Spent $500 on this printer. Not worth it!

The scanner is terrible and rarely completes multiple pages without crashing. I'm on the 2nd printer (1st replaced by Epson) and it has the exact same issue.

Quite literally the worst printer ever!! Will work perfectly fine for a few months (less than a year) and then it won't connect to your internet no matter how close you are to the router or how many times you reset. Terrible purchase, do not buy!

I bought this today (09/29/2022), and the setup was easy. I'm a huge HP printer guy but this printer has far exceeded my expectations. Love the eco tank for the ink.
