Not able to connect on Wi-Fi had to connect via USB. Epson tech support useless

Print quality is poor compared to my HP. Expensive for quality of the machine

We are very pleased. The WiFi works great and the colors come out true. Also, it's pretty fast compared to our previous inkjet printers.

Works as described. I should have bought one of these printers a long time ago and saved myself a ton of m oney.

Set up easy. Connected easily. Print quality great. Delicate plastic - do not drop it. Happy with my purchase!

put ink in no problem put paper in no problem and it never worked kept jamming the paper changed out different paper and still the same thing

I love not having those expensive ink cartridges. The printer prints very clear. The color is spot on.
