Since getting it on July 27, 2024, it has exceeded all my expectations. The design is sleek and modern, fitting perfectly in my laundry space. One of the standout features is the Wi-Fi connectivity. [This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Do not buy. Custom cycles arnt really custom. They are just other presets not on machine. Also there is no option for soak. Why would that not be an option? I wished I had know that wasn’t an option or we wouldn’t have bought this machine.

After 20 years my old reliable broke and I was forced to make a choice on a new machine. I was really impressed by the look and features of this washer and it was on a deep discount so I was sold. It’s been a month now. It is great for larger loads and I feel like everything comes out super clean. It is not so great for very small loads. The detergent tray always has excess product/water when I am preparing to start the next cycle so that’s a little annoying but not a big deal. Overall happy with this machine and hope it lasts a long time.

I bought the washer a month ago. It works well and is very quiet. One complaint is the glass door and panel are black making it difficult to view the controls.

I bought the large tub and no agitator and love it. I do not like that I cannot set my settings and save them it wants to default everything to hot water and high spins. The phone app is not helpful.

Excellent washing machine. It cleans very well. It tells me by a phone message that it finish. Also tell me how man watts consume per washing load. Love it.

Only complaints is that the set has a slanted top and when folding clothes they slide off the top. Also, I wish that I could adjust the temperature on all modes.

I love the size. I can easily wash my comforters, but I don’t have to stand on my head to reach in. I haven’t figured out all of the cycles yet but love the ones I have used.
