Delighted with the large capacity. Well-pleased with it's performance; really like the sensing for needed water process at the start of the wash. Glad I bought it. I do have a few questions: why is the top slanted so it can't be used to fold and sort clothes from the dryer? why did I have to call your 800 number to get a real owners manual, since the book which came with the dryer is worthless?

I purchased this washer a few months ago, and I am quite disappointed with its performance. The washer does not clean clothes properly, often leaving a white or grey residue on them. The drum does not fill with enough water - when I look through the glass top, I can see that the water level never rises above a quarter of the drum, even with a full load of clothes. So the top layer of clothes doesn't even get wet. Even when using the deep wash cycle and extra rinse feature, there is very little improvement. Additionally, the washer lacks sufficient agitation to clean the clothes properly. The drum spins gently, causing the clothes to float around in the water with minimal movement. Another issue is that the detergent and softener dispenser fills up with water after every wash, requiring me to remove and empty it manually. Furthermore, the spinning cycle is quite loud and causes half of my upper floor to shake. Unfortunately, my experience with this washer has been far from satisfactory, and I have decided to return it.

I started a load of bedding which consisted of a lightweight coverlet, one sheet and two pillowcases. The tub filled up with water which was a lot nicer than my last washer that would barely wet the clothes, so of course I sat and watched my clothes go through the cycles and to my disappointment the bedding floated at the top while the washer shifted back and forth. The bedding never changed positions as if it was actually being washed. It floated around in a circle and only changed positions in the spin cycle. This is extremely disappointing.

It has so much room and uses less soap and water! It spins out so much water that the dryer can dry a load in just a short time!

Horrible. This machine is so loud. If you work from home and want to put on a load it is so loud you can't even concentrate. Don't think about starting a load before bed. It is poorly designed. We had three replacements and all of them sound the same. The design is flawed. It's unfortunate for a new device. They focused on the tech at the expense of the a quiet machine.

Only complaints is that the set has a slanted top and when folding clothes they slide off the top. Also, I wish that I could adjust the temperature on all modes.

I bought the washer a month ago. It works well and is very quiet. One complaint is the glass door and panel are black making it difficult to view the controls.
