Took way too long to install, plus they couldn’t get one lock off and only put 3 on. Got home and got the lock lug off in 5 minutes and paid another tire shop to mount the 4 the tire.

Minimal wait for set of 4 new tires to be installed. Walked around Sam's Club a bit then did the same at near-by Walmart. Installation complete about the time mentioned when I dropped the truck off.

I had to take my tires elsewhere because Sams Club Tire would not install my two “undocumented” tires that Sams said I bought them at Walmart? Absolutely would not install them. No problem. I am not renewing my membership.

My tire was not reparable due to the nail being too close to the edge but they prorated based on the tread depth and i did not have to pay for new tire, just the installation fee $30 or so.

Had four premium tires installed in my two thousand six toyota camry. I wanted a good smooth touring, tire, long lasting tread life, and I chose the recommend tire. Has turned out to be a very rough and bouncy tire. My hubcaps do not seem to be flush with the rims, due to excessive (in my opinion) lead clips, which are put on in balancing the tire. Tires were dirty and showed smudges, fingerprints and markings! Totally disappointed and we'll end up returning if can

Had 4 new tires installed on a 2019 Honda CRV. Was not told that sams club did not have the right tool to reset calibration . After driving about 50 miles low tire pressure light came on. When i called sams thats then i found out. Was told would have to take to honda dealership to reset.Luckly i could do myself

These tires are a smooth and comfortable ride. The service I received was fantastic and the hazard warranty that is included is key. About two weeks after the installation, I got a nail in the tire, too close to the edge to repair. My tire was replaced with no hassle. I am so glad I went with these tires through Sam’s Club!

This is the best $20 spent ever. The tire package was great and ive only had the tires for about 10 months. This was a great way to protect myself and the process was great. It was fast easy and would highly recommend if you ever get your tires replaced at sams.
