Tire Installation

The final installation was quick and job done was awesome. However, I had an 11:00 appointment the first time and after waiting an hour and a half, there were still several cars ahead of me. I couldn't wait. I left and came back the next day where it was done in a timely manner. Why make an appointment and then have such a long wait? The customers have things to do as well.

I had pre-ordered Goodyear tires and got an email saying they were there and ready for installation, but when I arrived, the store did not have them! They refunded my money and gave me these Pirellis' saying I will like them. They seem fine as far as function, but they are really loud! Even after driving them for a few hundred miles they are still really noisy!

Poor tire installation.

I was happy with my purchase of Michelin tires. I was completely unhappy with the mounting of the tires. I went on a road trip and much to my dismay, the front tires were not balanced correctly. The front wheels shimmied while going between 60 and 65. Therefore, I had no choice but to drive to my destination, either under 50 or over 70. When I arrived at my destination, I brought the car into a tire specialty place, and had the real I had the wheels rebalanced. They told me that the left front was off by an ounce and the right front was off by a half an ounce. That corrected the situation. I brought the car back to them a couple of days later to have the rear wheels rebalanced. One of those wheels was off balance as well.

Very bad customer service

I can’t even rate the quality of the tires because I never got them installed. I made an appointment to get them installed and 45 minutes after I had been waiting at the store they came out to tell me that they couldn’t install them because the only person who knew how to take my wheels off wasn’t there that day, so they made me comeback the next day first thing in the morning all for them to say the same thing after I had already taken time off work to be there both times! They had no regards for me, and they didn’t even give me a full refund because their register “was not letting them” for some reason. Needless to say that I’m NEVER getting tires from them again. Such poor customer service!

Watch your vehicle like a Hawk before it's damaged

Sams Club Employee--Tire Technician was not educated on tire installation, does not have proper tools or knowledgeable enough to install these tires. Tires are tough to get the bead sealed on the wheels, Sams did not supply the proper tools equipment for this situation. Tire Tech was lost, I stopoed him several times during installation before he danaged my wheels on my truck during the 4 hour time it took him. The Store Manager did refund the instalation cost. I had to take ny Truck to my dealership where I bought my Truck to have the tires re balanced because they were not balanced properly the same day. I informed store Manager of the situation showed him my dealership invoice to re install the tires. He apologized and said he ge would handle the situation. Who knows if hat actuality happened. I told him the entire department needed training on how to install and balance tires not a single other employee could help him including the Department lead who was more lost than he was. This could get someone kiled. If there was a 0 star option I would choose that. Watch your technician from start to finnish. Or buy the tires and have them installed somewhere else

Horrible service, you should be ashamed

I started with a slow leak in the tire that led to a new tire based on the. Word of the Tech. The experience was horrible from start to finish. I showed up at my appt time to be told my appt was at another time very rudely. I returned and waited an hour to find out it was not fixable. Another hour later I had a new tire. When I started the truck I found the tire pressure Elbert on the dash was lit so I walked all the way back in to be given an attitude again that I needed to drive it around to get the tire monitor to reset. Well it reset to 35 lbs, the truck calls for 39 psi so I went to WAWA up the street and filled it myself because I was tired of being treated like a 2nd class citizen. The tire is out of balance as I found on a road trip ( no worries, I will pay extra any where else other than Sam’s club to get it right). On top of all of this they also damaged my rim with the tire machine. If a manager from Sam’s would like to reach out please feel free.

Poor Customer Service

I told the person who pulled my new tires down from the rack that they didn't look new like the tires on the rack. I said they look old and dirty. He said he pulled them down from the rack himself they are new. I continued speaking to him he just walked away and left me standing there as if I wasn't talking to him. He walked around the building not caring about my concern at all!!! He was very rude and unprofessional. I also want to let you know that you need somewhere for customers to sit while their car is being worked on. There is only two chairs in the service area in front of the cashiers for customers to sit. I arrived after work. I was tired and had no place to sit because the two chairs were being used by other customers. You need to have enough seats for customers to sit while waiting long periods if time for their tires to be installed. I purchased four tires!!!!

Your tire “professionals” Stripped 2 nuts on my Jeep Wrangler’s passenger front tire and I was told I needed to purchase 2 more lug nuts at auto zone and then I had to take my vehicle to a real tire shop to get the stripped nuts off and install the tire the 2 lug nuts were stripped on. NEVER AGAIN AND I WILL TELL EVERYONE I KNOW ABOUT MY HORRIBLE TREATMENT AT YOUR FACILITY AND NOT TO GET TIRES FROM YOU
