Outstanding professuonal service! The day was extremely hot with temperature reaching over 100°. My tire needed replaced due to 2 nails embedded within. The tire technician adjusted the price of the tire since I purchased road hazard. Witnin the hour, I was on the road again. No appointment necessary, they worked me in. The entire Sam's tire service has always provided exceptional service for me in Jackson, TN. Happy Customer!

Great deal on a set of four tires! The price was lower than the other tire dealers in town. Although the installation took quite a bit longer than promised, they made up for the delay with some nice incentives. Overall, I was happy with the value and the experience.

I was very disappointed with Sam's Club refusal to honor my six-year warranty on my purchase to replace previous tire also purchased from Sam's Club....citing that Sam's Club has changed their warranty length since I purchased my tires. According to my warranty I should have had a year left and I was way under the mileage limit. Never received any notice that Sam's club was invalidating warranties received prior to their decisions to make changes.

Toyo Open Country tire was damaged - punctured sidewall. Called Sam's Club who replaced the tire. I left the tire at the store per their instructions. They had to order it and it took 10 days. I drove the car on the spare. Returned to Sam's Club and they put on the new one. However, they just put the spare tire in the back seat and did not replace it where the spare was supposed to go.

I had an appointment and they had one of my rims to put the tires on before I even got there. It was great to have the tires come into the club quicker than expected from the warehouse, it was not great to watch my vehicle sit in the bay for more than an hour before they started the work, while the techs wondered around and socialized, one was putting together a BBQ grill and dancing in front of the huge fan that was in the other bay. There was only one other car in the shop at the time, and it had already been there for an hour when I got there. Usually, they are right on the task, and I can get the work done in the time it takes me to shop and get a snack but definitely not this time.

Had to pay again for an installation package on a manufacturing defected tire with a big knot that came up on the side of a tire . My feeling were that if it was a manufacturing defect that was a saftey hazard it should have been replaced no charge . But I was given a road hazard discount and had to pay for the tire, disposal and mounting and balance and the installation package. Not a great deal if you ask me . Anywhere else would have changed this for free.

Very disappointed on the Installation of the tires. A few days after I got the tires installed I noticed that all 4 tires still had the old weights on them, 2 of the tires had the old weights and just a random 1/2 oz weight stuck on. I own my own tire machine and balancer machine, I proceeded to take the tires off and check them for balance and they were all off considerably. When I got to the drivers front tire I realized they installed a wrong side tire on that wheel. I took the vehicle back to the Sam's club and told them what was wrong and also told them they never balanced the tires, I told them I never removed the drivers front tire so before they removed it from the rim, put it on the balancer machine and prove to me that they it was balanced, they refused. I told them to make sure to balance the new replacement tire. When they gave the vehicle back to me I looked and still all the old weights were still on it. I took the car and to prove that my tire balancer wasn't correct I paid to get it balanced at a shop, the tire was off 2.0 and 1.25 ozs inside and outside. Tremendously disappointed with your shop. I would like to talk to a customer support representative.

It was a rough trip. First, one of the center caday,idk missing when we got home. We called back and they said it was there when we left. Next, look,webeen home about 30 minutes and my wife said come and look,we had a flat tire. It had a bolt in it. Needless to say, i don't think i need to buy tires from Sam's Club again. That was the first and probably the last. May have just not been my day,idk

Your tire “professionals” Stripped 2 nuts on my Jeep Wrangler’s passenger front tire and I was told I needed to purchase 2 more lug nuts at auto zone and then I had to take my vehicle to a real tire shop to get the stripped nuts off and install the tire the 2 lug nuts were stripped on. NEVER AGAIN AND I WILL TELL EVERYONE I KNOW ABOUT MY HORRIBLE TREATMENT AT YOUR FACILITY AND NOT TO GET TIRES FROM YOU

Apparently an employee can do a 4 tire swap in 15 min. 2? 7.5min. Well, thanks to management they have poorly trained staff and a lack of them, so you get a trainee and someone with low skills where time is not of the essence. 45 minutes, with 2 people working on it. They should just wall this place off, it is clearly not at all profitable. This service does explain one thing though, it explains the misdiagnosis on a previous visit for a flat repair. Avoid this place at all costs, even if they pay you to come dont do that either.
