Tho without an appointment, I thought I'd see if Sam's in Dothan could fit me in for new tires. The bays were empty so I thought everyone was out sick. I asked if I could get new tires, the young man said the next appointment would be there soon, but he would take care of mine after that. To tell you the truth, I didn't time it, just wandered around Sam's, and before I knew it I got a call that my car was ready and they even brought it around to the front of the store, so nice. I couldn't have asked for better, even if I'd had an appointment

There tires are in good condition. I don’t have a problem with the he tires. I had a terrible experience with the staff in the motor vehicle department. I paid for the tires, the sensors and the rubber valve stem. The install report given to the Macanic in the garage didn’t have the sensors in it. I had to come back the next day after waiting for the install. The next day when I came back about two hours went pass and no one informed me that my vehicle was complete. The prices may be great but the customer service and their responsibility for work is -0

The crew at Sam's Club Pine Island Road Cape Coral Florida did a fantastic job of replacing and installing a new tire on my 2025 KIA Sportage after I drove over and picked up three nails that left my tire unable to be repaired. With a new tire in stock and at a great price, I was back on the road in a little over an hour. Thank you everyone at Sam's Club Tire Center for your fast and professional service that easily exceeded my expectations!

Service was quick and done well. However the tires were filled at Goodyear maximum air pressure but should have been at auto recommendation as noted on driver's side door. With the tires at maximum the car rode rough and I returned for proper air pressure. While I could have reduced the air myself I felt it needed to be noted to repair shop.

Install was more professional, efficient and knowledgeable than last visit. New manager was experienced in communication and helpful in solving problems. Would have given excellent scores if the store customer service center knew that automotive computers weren't able to see a new credit card account. Had to get management involved and it took almost an hour to resolve!

Installation staff was great they installed my tires quickly and were very professional. I originally called the call center. The call center ordered the wrong tires. Didn't know anything about tires, could not understand their accent, total waste of time. I will never use the call center again it was an insult to me. I will go into the store in person and deal with the tire department.

I am happy with the tires but wasn't happy that I ordered them a week before and then was told at installation that they are not correct tires and cost another $200. Plus I said I would wait and I would get a call and it would take an hour. I had an appointment at 10:00 AM then with tire mix up i was there 1 hr and 45 mins. So went back up, didn't see my car being worked on. Rang the bell now 6 people in line, they left and came back and said it was done and so I was just waiting wasting my time with no phone call. If i didn't go back up there I don't know how much more of my time would have been wasted.

I had four new tiers installed, and the following morning one was flat due to a leaking valve. They neglected to inspect it. When I arrived for repairs, they asked me to wait because they treated my visit as an interruption to their inadequate insulation. What a waste of time!!

Bad service. I asked the shop to check my tire pressure sensors and asked them to replace them if they were bad. After the tires were installed, they denied me asking about the tire pressure sensors and asked me to set an appointment for them. This was the manager. Very disappointed in the customer service.

The tires they sold me and said were in stock, After waiting for 20 minutes they told me they didn't have those tires but they were in fact on display. Wanted the new tires put on my front wheels but rotated to the back. They did not do that. Didn't install new valve stem caps on the new tires. Didn't check or set air pressure on my other tires or install valve stem caps.
