The three gentlemen who installed my tires were very professional, detailed, consistent, knowledgeable, and respectful of my property. I'd go to them every time!

Tire under road hazard. Tire waa in next day. Just had to pay replacements i think $26

Tire had sidewall bubble but under warranty. Relieved I only had to pay a small replacement fee and installation costs. Tire pro-rated according to remaining tread.

Tires had diffant pressure, left side 38 psi r/f is 39. R/r is 40,

3.5 hours (8:00a-11:30a) for installing 5 tires. I had first appointment of the day and mine was the only vehicle in bay for 2+ hrs of the 3.5 hrs. Added bonus, not all tires were properly mounted or balanced.

Tire installation was poor at the very least, after waiting over an hour and a half past my “appointment time” they didn’t install new valve stems and the first day they were installed I had a flat drivers rear tire go flat, the next day the other rear tire was flat, had to wait 3 days to get an appointment to fix their problem. Told “we only do that if we have to” tried to call the tire store locally and the sent me to a operator in the Philippines, couldn’t talk to the tire store in Albany ga, very poor service and customer service. All that at $200 per tire

Three bad things. 1) They didn’t put on the 6th lug nut on the back rear passenger tire. The truck locked up in the middle of the road on the way home. We had to get towed to the dealer service center. Nissan said the stud fell in and broke the brake. I called Sam’s and the lady just kept repeating that they need the truck or the tire. I told them it was towed because it locked up in the middle of the road. She kept repeating they needed the tire or the truck. They can’t go look at it. Sam’s Club said the stud was loose but it would be fine until we got it to service to replace the stud. We both agreed to put the lug nut back on prior to service but they didn’t put it on. 2) The back driver tire was flat in the morning. Nissan put air in it and tested it for leakage. The next morning it was flat again. Nissan had to repair around the stem. 3) This cost me a lot of money for the repairs. Way more than the tire actually cost. Very disappointed in the way this whole thing was handled. Sam’s Club wouldn’t even listen to it. They wanted me to take the tire to them but it was already towed to a service center since the truck locked up. They could fix all the issues caused by not putting the lug nut on a loose stud.

Bought tire at this Sam's Club, I get my tires fixed & rotated there. This last time I came in to get my tire fixed from a nail, I was told tires can only be patched 3 times after that it would need a new tire. Cool, I can do that. Ordered, paid for the tire. The technician marked the tire that needed to be replaced. Couple of days later I went back and they installed the tire. 4 days later my tire alert came on notifying me one of my tires had low air pressure. I looked at the tire, it had the mark from the technician on it with the same nail in it. They replaced the wrong tire. To take my truck up there is not easy... getting a appointment, taking time off of work, then to find out they didn't do what I paid for them to do. I'm not happy with this service

Morning after Install one tire was completely flat. I put air in and found out it was leaking from the tire stem. I had to tighten the valve stem and reair

They put too many weights on them. Had to take them somewhere else to get rebalanced.
