Tho without an appointment, I thought I'd see if Sam's in Dothan could fit me in for new tires. The bays were empty so I thought everyone was out sick. I asked if I could get new tires, the young man said the next appointment would be there soon, but he would take care of mine after that. To tell you the truth, I didn't time it, just wandered around Sam's, and before I knew it I got a call that my car was ready and they even brought it around to the front of the store, so nice. I couldn't have asked for better, even if I'd had an appointment

There tires are in good condition. I don’t have a problem with the he tires. I had a terrible experience with the staff in the motor vehicle department. I paid for the tires, the sensors and the rubber valve stem. The install report given to the Macanic in the garage didn’t have the sensors in it. I had to come back the next day after waiting for the install. The next day when I came back about two hours went pass and no one informed me that my vehicle was complete. The prices may be great but the customer service and their responsibility for work is -0

Wait time was reasonable. They were busy and a truck was delivering new tires so that added time made me sad. However, they were checking the torque on each bolt after installation which made me happy. Also, with the add benefits this made it a very good buy.

Service was quick and done well. However the tires were filled at Goodyear maximum air pressure but should have been at auto recommendation as noted on driver's side door. With the tires at maximum the car rode rough and I returned for proper air pressure. While I could have reduced the air myself I felt it needed to be noted to repair shop.

Installation staff was great they installed my tires quickly and were very professional. I originally called the call center. The call center ordered the wrong tires. Didn't know anything about tires, could not understand their accent, total waste of time. I will never use the call center again it was an insult to me. I will go into the store in person and deal with the tire department.

I had an appointment and they had one of my rims to put the tires on before I even got there. It was great to have the tires come into the club quicker than expected from the warehouse, it was not great to watch my vehicle sit in the bay for more than an hour before they started the work, while the techs wondered around and socialized, one was putting together a BBQ grill and dancing in front of the huge fan that was in the other bay. There was only one other car in the shop at the time, and it had already been there for an hour when I got there. Usually, they are right on the task, and I can get the work done in the time it takes me to shop and get a snack but definitely not this time.

I came in to have a nail removed in a tire I recently purchased at Sam's. I waited an hour and half before they told me that they couldn't repair it. It took another half hour to convince them that my warranty entitled me to a free replacement. They seemed confused by fact Sam's no longer carried that tire. I tried to make them understand that I didn't care about brand difference- just give me comparable tire. They finally agreed. But, I was charged $38 to obtain a warranty! I do not believe that the $38 charge was warranted.

The employees did not have the sufficient tools to remove the lug nuts on two of the wheels. I had to pickup the vehicle with two new tires and loosen the lug nuts for them, make a new appointment and return the vehicle so the other two tires could be replaced.

Picked up a nail and the tire had to be replaced. Unfortunately, even though the tire was replaced under warranty and I had "free Flat Repair" was was charged for the labor of exchanging the tire. I was told that if the tire had been repaired there would have been no charge, even though the labor was identical.

Went in for a tire replacement and am still having issues that I didn't prior to going to Sams.The whole process was awful! And Im still dealing with issues! Poor service. Returned home with all tires inflated at different levels.Tire replaced and had rubbing on brake. New noise that I never had prior to tire being replaced. Returned 3 times and still didnt make it right. Blamed owner though it wasnt there prior to getting tired replaced. Where's management? No mgmt outside of shop? Different people each time I had to retun vehicle with hopes of Sams getting it right. No accountability for their actions. Is there a contact number for management outside of store. No one seems to know. Next step is corporate!
