Very bad customer service

I can't even rate the quality of the tires because I never got them installed. I made an appointment to get them installed and 45 minutes after I had been waiting at the store they came out to tell me that they couldn't install them because the only person who knew how to take my wheels off wasn't there that day, so they made me comeback the next day first thing in the morning all for them to say the same thing after I had already taken time off work to be there both times! They had no regards for me, and they didn't even give me a full refund because their register “was not letting them” for some reason. Needless to say that I'm NEVER getting tires from them again. Such poor customer service!

I am very disappointed in the way in how this went .i order pay in full ,wait 1 week and 1 hour before get a call that the tires is not there,make a nother appointment,I walk in for the second appointment and the manager show up inform me the dont have the tires , I said don't call me it is Easter I will not come ,Monday ,they let me know the tires is there ,I really think I deserved a gift card ,I live in Hilton Head ,but the tires is good thanks

My appointment was at 10: AM. When I arrived at the store, no one was there at the desk to wait on me. I arrived before !0: AM. I waited for at least 10 minutes before anyone came. I explained to Steve what I wanted done. I want my two new tires put on the front and my tire valve covers put back on. In the past, no one did that. I once had all four-tire valve covers. I also said that I would wait in the waiting area for my vehicle. Steve said, " My vehicle would be ready in one hour. "That meant it would be ready at 11: AM. I gave Steve an extra 1/2 hour, which would be 11:30 AM. I went to check on the progress of my car at approximately 11:45 AM. My vehicle was not ready. The attitude that I got from the guy who works in that department was rude. When I got my vehicle, it was after 1 PM, and no one came to tell me that it was ready. I made it very clear that I would wait for it in the waiting area. My dashboard camera was tampered with. The setting was changed back to 1/2021, and the time was wrong. This was discovered after I had left the parking area. No one came to the waiting area to let me know that my vehicle was ready. That was my first and last time that Steve or anyone else would be allowed to touch my vehicle. I am still not happy with the treatment that I received at the tire department. This incident took place 3/2026.

Not trustworthy

Installer damaged the sensor when installing tire, and didn't advise me, when I mentioned the light is on, he advised me I had to drive it for a while, well it's been 2 weeks and light still on, so I took it to the Nissan dealer and was told that the sensor is broke. I went to Sam's to replace the tire since it was covered under warranty, and still had to pay $100 for warranty because Sam's no longer carry the tires they sold to me, not sure why I'm punished cause they Sam's don't carry the tire anymore. Now with a damaged Sensor it's costing me way more than a warranty tire. THANKS SAM'S for nothing!!

Very poor service

Good product, but I requested a tire rotation and it wasn't done. I had an appointment, but it took them one and a half hour to change one tire. They also scratched my rim. The person at the counter talked down to me like I wasn't important. This is the last time I get any tires from Sam's.

I'm very pleased with these tires. Quiet, comfortable smooth ride. Much better than the original equipment tires. Handles rain just fine. I'll see how they perform in the snow next winter. The sales person at Sam's Club was also great. She gave me alternative brands to consider when I mentioned that I was going to purchase the original equipment tires. The Pirelli tires cost about $100 less.

I had pre-ordered Goodyear tires and got an email saying they were there and ready for installation, but when I arrived, the store did not have them! They refunded my money and gave me these Pirellis' saying I will like them. They seem fine as far as function, but they are really loud! Even after driving them for a few hundred miles they are still really noisy!

Frustrated but finally happy

Thank God for Lance, he figured out what the problem was and was able to resolve it. Not sure why when you order 4 tires they are not all from the same lot. They installed 3 tores from one lot and one from another lot, causing the car to pull to one side drastically. I took in and the techs ballanced the front tires and said they were fine, I needed to get another front end alignment done somewhere else, who did the alignment didn't know what they were doing. I demanded a replacement tire but that still did not fix it, that's were Lance came in, he saved the day.

Watch your vehicle like a Hawk before it's damaged

Sams Club Employee--Tire Technician was not educated on tire installation, does not have proper tools or knowledgeable enough to install these tires. Tires are tough to get the bead sealed on the wheels, Sams did not supply the proper tools equipment for this situation. Tire Tech was lost, I stopoed him several times during installation before he danaged my wheels on my truck during the 4 hour time it took him. The Store Manager did refund the instalation cost. I had to take ny Truck to my dealership where I bought my Truck to have the tires re balanced because they were not balanced properly the same day. I informed store Manager of the situation showed him my dealership invoice to re install the tires. He apologized and said he ge would handle the situation. Who knows if hat actuality happened. I told him the entire department needed training on how to install and balance tires not a single other employee could help him including the Department lead who was more lost than he was. This could get someone kiled. If there was a 0 star option I would choose that. Watch your technician from start to finnish. Or buy the tires and have them installed somewhere else
