Courteous crew who fit me in without an appointment. I live more than 90 minutes north of Bangor and try to accomplish as much as possible into our monthly trips to resupply. Sam’s Club is always one of our important stops. I needed new tires and had decided on buying them at Sam’s before departing home. I had assumed they could make the installation while we shopped. I didn’t realize I needed sn appointment. Fortunately, the Sam’s Club employees said they’d fit me in if I returned in a couple of hours. I did so and had my truck back within an hour or so. I was pleased to safely drive back home on good tread. What a relief! I’ll be sure to make an appointment next time, and do my shopping around that.

The center of the rim was not replaced. The "H" that is in the center of the tire was not put back in place after installation. The spare tire was not properly stowed in its designated place. This is not something that my husband nor I are able to do on our own. Just placing the spare tire in the back of the vehicle was not appropriate nor appreciated.

I went to the Papillion, Nebraska, Sams Club. Because they had the tires I needed, the one in Iowa did not. The tire sensor was off when I drove away. About 10 miles away, the light came back on. I was in the middle of moving and did not have time to go back there. Because I live in Iowa, I went to the Iowa Sams Club to find out what the problem was. After a few minutes, they were able to find the problem. The technician in Papillion did not calibrate the system. I will not be going back to Papillion for anything.

Apparently an employee can do a 4 tire swap in 15 min. 2? 7.5min. Well, thanks to management they have poorly trained staff and a lack of them, so you get a trainee and someone with low skills where time is not of the essence. 45 minutes, with 2 people working on it. They should just wall this place off, it is clearly not at all profitable. This service does explain one thing though, it explains the misdiagnosis on a previous visit for a flat repair. Avoid this place at all costs, even if they pay you to come dont do that either.

Good- Tires and TPMs installed and balanced correctly. Yay! Bad- Slight damage to the finish on every wheel. That said, not certain one can prevent this. It has happened to two other vehicles at two other “Tire Shops.” Ugly- Still trying to remove the soapy lubricants from installation.

The tire center called when my tires arrived at the store to schedule an appointment. When I arrived for the appointment they said I didn’t have one. Said I had to wait 2 more days for a new appointment. Meanwhile, they sold tires to a customer next to me and told them they would be ready in 2 hours. When I asked how this was okay they told me to stop talking. Walk ins shouldn’t come before appointments just so they can get more commission. I got a refund, which also took them over a half hour to process. Even the store manager couldn’t figure out how to give my money back.

The store employees couldn't attend to the needs of those on the package of the tires that i had to go somewhere else to attend my needs that are label under such package, then go to the store here in Brownsville texas for a refund of a service i already paid for but couldn't get such service due to being understaff, but wait theres is more... Management offered to refund via a gift card, to which i declined. I paid for a service and store couldn't deliver on expectations This happened on sat 6-13-26

Went in to get new tires, they weren’t in stock so I had to wait for them to arrive (about a week) and at the same time they scheduled an appt for me to come back and install them. The day of the appt I arrive 10 minutes early… 2 hours later I get a notification that my car has arrived for its appt and then immediately after that I get another text saying my car is being worked on. Almost a total of three hours later I finally have my car back. Missed my sons baseball game because of how long it took.

After purchase the set of 4 tires and wait a week the store receives it, Sams rejects to install the tires into my car due their system is not updated with the info of my SUV. neither want to view the specs into the maintenance book located in the car.

When I buy tires it’s impossible to judge how good they are until after they are used for their lifetime; however, I’m expected to give a rating immediately after their purchase. Does this make any sense? The answer in my humble opinion is a resounding No. I am happy to give a review a year or two from now.
