Horrible experience from online appt booking, to having to go in store to purchase and then come back the next day for the appt only to have Sam’s refuse to install because I have aftermarket rims. Even corporate said the policy they claimed doesn’t exist.

Tried to fix a tire, couldn't, they wanted me to put new tires. Ordered 2 tires with their help and was asked to come back another day. Came back a week later, only to be told they can't do it due to directional. Only option was to order 4 new tires and come back another day. I canceled the the transaction and went to a local tire store and replaced just two

Sams Club Employee--Tire Technician was not educated on tire installation, does not have proper tools or knowledgeable enough to install these tires. Tires are tough to get the bead sealed on the wheels, Sams did not supply the proper tools equipment for this situation. Tire Tech was lost, I stopoed him several times during installation before he danaged my wheels on my truck during the 4 hour time it took him. The Store Manager did refund the instalation cost. I had to take ny Truck to my dealership where I bought my Truck to have the tires re balanced because they were not balanced properly the same day. I informed store Manager of the situation showed him my dealership invoice to re install the tires. He apologized and said he ge would handle the situation. Who knows if hat actuality happened. I told him the entire department needed training on how to install and balance tires not a single other employee could help him including the Department lead who was more lost than he was. This could get someone kiled. If there was a 0 star option I would choose that. Watch your technician from start to finnish. Or buy the tires and have them installed somewhere else

They’re was a huge paint chipped off my car in the 30 min I had left it there to get picked up. And I think it was done by the tire salesgirl whom was rude to me but very friendly laughing and smiling to everyone else. Also she said some suspicious things about it being done by homeless but they parked it so far from the shop when they’re were empty spots very close and it was the beginning of the day; it felt like it was done on purpose. If not on purpose she was terrible about communicating to service being done or afterwards almost seemed she was enjoying the problem caused since not a single word was spoken about being sorry or surprised or anything considerate.

So glad I opted in for the road hazzard tire installation package, because within 2 weeks of Sam's installing 4 new tires on my truck, I got a flat tire - 2 nails in one tire! And the nails were too close to the sidewall so the tire had to be repleaces, and Sam's did so charging only a small service fee.

I brought my truck in for new tires. Upon attempting to lift my truck, my rear suspension was damaged and my truck was not drivable. It had to be towed and Ford dealer is attempting to repair the damage. No one at Ford has ever seen this happen. It has been 2 weeks that I am without a vehicle. A claim has been filed with Sam’s Club, but I have not been notified of the status. To drive my car in, and it be inoperable after attempting to install new tires is peculiar and disheartening.

Installer damaged the sensor when installing tire, and didn’t advise me, when I mentioned the light is on, he advised me I had to drive it for a while, well it’s been 2 weeks and light still on, so I took it to the Nissan dealer and was told that the sensor is broke. I went to Sam’s to replace the tire since it was covered under warranty, and still had to pay $100 for warranty because Sam’s no longer carry the tires they sold to me, not sure why I’m punished cause they Sam’s don’t carry the tire anymore. Now with a damaged Sensor it’s costing me way more than a warranty tire. THANKS SAM’S for nothing!!

I can’t even rate the quality of the tires because I never got them installed. I made an appointment to get them installed and 45 minutes after I had been waiting at the store they came out to tell me that they couldn’t install them because the only person who knew how to take my wheels off wasn’t there that day, so they made me comeback the next day first thing in the morning all for them to say the same thing after I had already taken time off work to be there both times! They had no regards for me, and they didn’t even give me a full refund because their register “was not letting them” for some reason. Needless to say that I’m NEVER getting tires from them again. Such poor customer service!

No wheel alignment and the steering wheel had a shake while I drove on the freeway and the car pulled towards right. I wasn't made aware that they don't offer the service and I had to pay for the service outside. If I was told I would have just ordered and had it installed where they offered the whole package.

Courteous crew who fit me in without an appointment. I live more than 90 minutes north of Bangor and try to accomplish as much as possible into our monthly trips to resupply. Sam’s Club is always one of our important stops. I needed new tires and had decided on buying them at Sam’s before departing home. I had assumed they could make the installation while we shopped. I didn’t realize I needed sn appointment. Fortunately, the Sam’s Club employees said they’d fit me in if I returned in a couple of hours. I did so and had my truck back within an hour or so. I was pleased to safely drive back home on good tread. What a relief! I’ll be sure to make an appointment next time, and do my shopping around that.
