They’re was a huge paint chipped off my car in the 30 min I had left it there to get picked up. And I think it was done by the tire salesgirl whom was rude to me but very friendly laughing and smiling to everyone else. Also she said some suspicious things about it being done by homeless but they parked it so far from the shop when they’re were empty spots very close and it was the beginning of the day; it felt like it was done on purpose. If not on purpose she was terrible about communicating to service being done or afterwards almost seemed she was enjoying the problem caused since not a single word was spoken about being sorry or surprised or anything considerate.

Very good pricing, was easy to order. The only thing I would have liked to be given something about the warranty! I have no idea what I have. I had to work the day they installed the tires. My dad picked my car up. He said they gave him nothing at all.

The first time, the sensors were not properly coded. I had to return to get them recoded so the light would turn off. After two days, the light turned on again. Now, I have to set up an appointment to replace a bad sensor. Last September, I bought a set of tires for my wife's car and had to go back because at least one tire was not properly balanced on the first attempt.

No wheel alignment and the steering wheel had a shake while I drove on the freeway and the car pulled towards right. I wasn't made aware that they don't offer the service and I had to pay for the service outside. If I was told I would have just ordered and had it installed where they offered the whole package.

Very disappointed with my experience. During the installation, they broke one of the wheel studs and claimed it was already broken, which simply wasn’t true. The fresh, exposed metal makes it clear the damage was new. I scheduled a 10:00 a.m. appointment, arrived early, and was told the job would take about an hour, with 1½ hours at the absolute most. Instead, it took over 3 hours. To make matters worse, I had my toddler with me and couldn’t just leave and come back like some customers can. Spending more than three hours trying to entertain a toddler in the store was extremely frustrating. The only positive was that they sell pizza, which helped pass some of the time. To top it all off, I later realized I was overcharged by about $180. After everything else that had happened—the excessive wait, the damage to my vehicle, and the poor communication—I honestly didn’t have the energy to argue about the bill. Then, by the time I got home, I discovered that 3 of my 4 hubcaps were missing. They were clearly not reinstalled properly after the work was completed, leaving me with another roughly $75 expense to replace them. Overall, I experienced vehicle damage, poor workmanship, an excessive wait, inaccurate pricing, and additional costs because of this visit. I won’t be returning.

Fantastic service by entire staff on a set of Cooper tires that all developed bubbles on them in just 7 months. Staff recognized this upon a tire rotation visit and saved me from having an accident with my family or with my handicapped wife. Outstanding service and care by the entire staff. Thank you.

Tried to fix a tire, couldn't, they wanted me to put new tires. Ordered 2 tires with their help and was asked to come back another day. Came back a week later, only to be told they can't do it due to directional. Only option was to order 4 new tires and come back another day. I canceled the the transaction and went to a local tire store and replaced just two

Elijah in the tire department was so informative He was happy to work with my budget and didn’t pressure me to spend more than my budget allowed. I believe I still received a reliable product, Goodyear (been around for Years). The tires came in sooner than expected and the Technician(s) did an excellent job of mounting, balancing and all things new tires. I would highly recommend and return for Future services 🤗👍

This visit to the Tire Center was the best yet. Such a great time turnaround and excellent advice about choosing the correct tires, etc. We LOVE the warranty from Sam's for Tires!

Arrived before appointment time. Tires were installed and I was satisfied with the short time it took to install. Price for four ties mounted and balanced was below other estimates.
