The final installation was quick and job done was awesome. However, I had an 11:00 appointment the first time and after waiting an hour and a half, there were still several cars ahead of me. I couldn't wait. I left and came back the next day where it was done in a timely manner. Why make an appointment and then have such a long wait? The customers have things to do as well.

Not happy with the service. I went in with all sensors working. When driving home sensors coming on saying tires were low. Sensors should have reset when new tires installed.. Made apt to have reset, when we took back, there saying 2 sensors werent working and now we have to pay for them. If this was the case, that information should have been given when the tires were installed.

I’m very pleased with these tires. Quiet, comfortable smooth ride. Much better than the original equipment tires. Handles rain just fine. I’ll see how they perform in the snow next winter. The sales person at Sam’s Club was also great. She gave me alternative brands to consider when I mentioned that I was going to purchase the original equipment tires. The Pirelli tires cost about $100 less.

Getting my 4 new tires from Sam's was a first for me. Let me just say that when I or my husband's car needs new tires we Will be getting them from Sam's! It was such a wonderful experience from beginning to end. Everyone we dealt with was so friendly and helpful and the actual installation was speedy and professional! Have told family and friends how satisfied we were getting tires from Sam's and will continue to do so.

They did a poor job tpm service There tire monitors would not for my truck I need hub rings for my new wheels I was trying too get installed at Sam’s Club They want too install my wheels with out the hub rings I said no I will be back when get them Too make short and sweet they don’t know what they are doing The monitors want work They two different ones that’s and that’s all I want be coming back to tire center

I had ordered a set of tires online and had them deliverd to the store for install. My tire and rim size isnt anything special and the rims are 20"s . An older gentleman ( Maybe David) in the automotive area didnt really seem like he wanted to help me. he was confused on my order and what my vehical was. He told me they might not be able to install them, then started to processing the order after cancelling the orginoal order. The other staff there said he gets like that sometimes. Honestly, i wasnt happy with how he treated me and I ended up not getting my tires. I ended up going to discount tire and they took very good care of me. I paid more for the tires but.. service was excellent. He told my the rim would not fit on their machine. tires are 265/50/R20. I saw an SUV in there with 20 inch rims. I asked the staff at Sams if I was coming across wrong or something. They said no. I dont really apprecate what I had to deal with and how he handled the situation. I dont feel he was being honest with me. btw your callin system is horrible. I was there and the phone was ringing off the hook and 3 people working there just looked at each other. I was not able to talk to anyone at the store initally and discuss my tire purchase.

Tires were installed in a hurry, I drove away from the shop & my low light turned on less than a quarter mile away! I drove back to the shop, but didn’t quite make it because the tire went completely flat. I tried calling the shop & no one answered. I tried again & my call went to 800 center. I explained what happened & they gave me the number to call for a tow truck, which took about 2 hours to get there. In the meantime, a gentleman stopped & changed my tire, so I was able to drive back to the shop.

after having 4 tires installed on Oct 24, I was scheduled for pressure monitors for Nov 7 because they were out of stock. Came in on Nov 7 and they claimed that I had no appt. I was disappointed and annoyed that i made a trip in vain and I kept my old monitors. In the future I will not come back again. If They can't do it all, there will be no sale.

It would be nice if the tires could be inflated to the correct PSI. The paperwork showed tires inflated to 32PSI and that was done, just the wrong PSI for the tires. When my wife got home I could tell the tires needed some air. I inflated them myself to the correct 53 PSI as stated on the tire.

Just got a set of Goodyear Assurance MaxLife 2 tires (235/65R17) installed on my 2024 Kia Carnival at Sam's Club, and I'm seriously impressed. First off, the pricing and the current promotion were awesome—ended up saving me $100 right off the bat. The installation process at Sam's was incredibly fast and smooth, too. As for the ride, the difference between these and the factory Nexen tires is night and day. The traction is amazing and they handle beautifully. You can literally feel the jump in quality the second you drive off the lot. Highly recommend these if you need a solid upgrade for your vehicle.
