after having 4 tires installed on Oct 24, I was scheduled for pressure monitors for Nov 7 because they were out of stock. Came in on Nov 7 and they claimed that I had no appt. I was disappointed and annoyed that i made a trip in vain and I kept my old monitors. In the future I will not come back again. If They can't do it all, there will be no sale.

The employee installing the tires was more interested in reading his personal cell phone every 5 minutes than finishing the job. The tire manager didn't seem to be concerned when I brought it to his attention 3 different times. I finally spoke to store manager who I don't think really cared either.

Really hard to give a true review as I have less than 200 miles on this set; I have based my rating on many previous Goodyear tires. I'm ninety and have driven a lot of miles, finding Goodyear always came thru. I live in San Antonio, TX and would recommend trying Goodyear when replacements are needed.

The service department sold me the wrong tires for my car. I have a Basic version, they automatically chose the Limited version for my vehicle. When I tried to get the tires installed, they informed me that they had sold me the wrong size tires and then tried to sell me tires that were $100 MORE per tire than what I had paid, and were unable or unwilling to order the specific size tires I needed.

They did a poor job tpm service There tire monitors would not for my truck I need hub rings for my new wheels I was trying too get installed at Sam’s Club They want too install my wheels with out the hub rings I said no I will be back when get them Too make short and sweet they don’t know what they are doing The monitors want work They two different ones that’s and that’s all I want be coming back to tire center

New pirellis are the best tires I have ever owned. I had two replaced at a super low cost to me with road hazard. The two replaced were covered at 90%. The tires replaced were 21 months and 28000 miles and still rated a 9 of 11 on tread wear. They still looked brand new, other than the 3 inch cut in one side wall. I will never buy tires elsewhere again.

Lovely installers and phone ordering service. You have an INADEQUATE number of handicap parking spaces for the aged and/or impaired clientele. Lovely work folks.
