I have purchased all my tires fromn Sam's for several years. The Tire installation package is a NO Brainer. They fix your tires if you get a flat, rebalance them if needed. Everything you would expect from Sam's Club

Saqm's Club Tire Installation Package

I'm very pleased with these tires. Quiet, comfortable smooth ride. Much better than the original equipment tires. Handles rain just fine. I'll see how they perform in the snow next winter. The sales person at Sam's Club was also great. She gave me alternative brands to consider when I mentioned that I was going to purchase the original equipment tires. The Pirelli tires cost about $100 less.

Sam's Club tire center is great

New pirellis are the best tires I have ever owned. I had two replaced at a super low cost to me with road hazard. The two replaced were covered at 90%. The tires replaced were 21 months and 28000 miles and still rated a 9 of 11 on tread wear. They still looked brand new, other than the 3 inch cut in one side wall. I will never buy tires elsewhere again.

Awesome road hazard warranty at Sam's.

The final installation was quick and job done was awesome. However, I had an 11:00 appointment the first time and after waiting an hour and a half, there were still several cars ahead of me. I couldn't wait. I left and came back the next day where it was done in a timely manner. Why make an appointment and then have such a long wait? The customers have things to do as well.

Tire Installation

Had a flat and tire was not repairable.  Delighted they had it in stock & I did not have to order it.  After shopping for over an hour, stood on my feet for almost two hours because they have nowhere for you to sit.  There were two of us--one lady in her mid 70's and I am 83.

I was happy with my purchase of Michelin tires. I was completely unhappy with the mounting of the tires. I went on a road trip and much to my dismay, the front tires were not balanced correctly. The front wheels shimmied while going between 60 and 65. Therefore, I had no choice but to drive to my destination, either under 50 or over 70. When I arrived at my destination, I brought the car into a tire specialty place, and had the real I had the wheels rebalanced. They told me that the left front was off by an ounce and the right front was off by a half an ounce. That corrected the situation. I brought the car back to them a couple of days later to have the rear wheels rebalanced. One of those wheels was off balance as well.

Poor tire installation.

I started with a slow leak in the tire that led to a new tire based on the. Word of the Tech.  The experience was horrible from start to finish.  I showed up at my appt time to be told my appt was at another time very rudely.  I returned and waited an hour to find out it was not fixable.  Another hour later I had a new tire.  When I started the truck I found the tire pressure Elbert on the dash was lit so I walked all the way back in to be given an attitude again that I needed to drive it around to get the tire monitor to reset.  Well it reset to 35 lbs, the truck calls for 39 psi so I went to WAWA up the street and filled it myself because I was tired of being treated like a 2nd class citizen.  The tire is out of balance as I found on a road trip ( no worries, I will pay extra any where else other than Sam’s club to get it right).  On top of all of this they also damaged my rim with the tire machine.  If a manager from Sam’s would like to reach out please feel free.

Horrible service, you should be ashamed

I ordered tires and windshield wipers and when I got the car back there was no windshield wipers on them and the guy that put them on said they weren't ordered and I can't order them over the phone I said what are you talking about I ordered my tires over the phone and I told him I wanted windshield wipers going to be like 10 bucks or something and then the guy that was helping me said you don't have to raise your voice I can't do anything about it and I said what are you talking about I'm not raising your voice I'm just telling you I ordered windshield wipers so very disappointed I wouldn't go back there at all because of the guy that was helping me with the windshield wipers

John poor

I told the person who pulled my new tires down from the rack that they didn't look new like the tires on the rack. I said they look old and dirty. He said he pulled them down from the rack himself they are new. I continued speaking to him he just walked away and left me standing there as if I wasn't talking to him. He walked around the building not caring about my concern at all!!!
He was very rude and unprofessional. I also want to let you know that you need somewhere for customers to sit while their car is being worked on. There is only two chairs in the service area in front of the cashiers for customers to sit. I arrived after work. I was tired and had no place to sit because the two chairs were being used by other customers. You need to have enough seats for customers to sit while waiting long periods if time for their tires to be installed. I purchased four tires!!!!

Poor Customer Service

Installer damaged the sensor when installing tire, and didn't advise me, when I mentioned the light is on, he advised me I had to drive it for a while, well it's been 2 weeks and light still on, so I took it to the Nissan dealer and was told that the sensor is broke.  I went to Sam's to replace the tire since it was covered under warranty, and still had to pay $100 for warranty because Sam's no longer carry the tires they sold to me, not sure why I'm punished cause they Sam's don't carry the tire anymore. 

Now with a damaged Sensor it's costing me way more than a warranty tire. THANKS SAM'S for nothing!!
