Fortunately, the local Beavercreek Sam's Club had the exact tire I needed when one of mine was destroyed by road debris. I was very pleasantly surprised because I'd discovered that my Michelins had been discontinued and were no longer available under the same model name. They just happened to have two "old stock" tires still on the shelf like mine! Needless to say, they were FAST! It only took them about 30 minutes from the time I carried the tire & wheel in for them to determine, "Yes, it's not repairable"... to having the new tire mounted and ready for me to carry out!!! I've discovered over the years that doing business that way is often faster since they don't have to pull a vehicle in. (I've been doing my own tires for years since back on the farm.) Sam's has gotten our business for multiple vehicles over the years, with their very competitive pricing for tires AND installation package. Great Team at Beavercreek! Thank you!

We needed 4 new tires on truck for a road trip.( Surgery Cancer patient),was promised be ready in 2 hrs, after 2 hr asked for my truck but manager said no it's going to take longer for someone didn't show up to work,no apologys given.almost missed surgery,we very upset for there is more we must say,

Minimal wait for set of 4 new tires to be installed. Walked around Sam's Club a bit then did the same at near-by Walmart. Installation complete about the time mentioned when I dropped the truck off.

While the tire installation package was great and so was the person that was doing the work, the manager on duty at that time was absolutely horrible.

I was very happy with my Sam's Club tire installation and service. The technician did a good job explaining what he accomplished. I have a smooth ride.

The installer never reset the TPMS on the Ford Focus. Never had a problem with it and now the light will not go off. I mentioned it to him and he told me it would reset once I hit 50 mph. Well it hasn't reset itself.

I have consistently received great care from the tire team at Sams. I took our car in because we had a screw in our tire and the team got us taken care of and back on the road right away. So thankful.

Had a blowout, so needed tires. We were the first in line. No other customers, period. But they made us wait for almost three hours until their "appointment" customers arrived and were serviced.

I had to take my tires elsewhere because Sams Club Tire would not install my two “undocumented” tires that Sams said I bought them at Walmart? Absolutely would not install them. No problem. I am not renewing my membership.
