I very impressed with Sam's with helping me get new tires the staff was excellent I was going to buy 2 tires and the staff brought me a photo of my tires and they my tires were dry rotten and needed 4 tires I was not pressured in buying the tires and the price was fine I finished shopping and they were done and was very pleased with the service

Everything with the install was fine except who ever inflated the tires and checked the pressure was completely off. Low pressure light came on while driving home so I checked the pressure on all of the tires and they were all completely off. Some were way too high and others were really low causing the light to come on. I had to reset all of them when I got home!

Michelin Cross Climate 2s with Sam’s Club installation resolved a problem I was chasing for several years with a new set of Pirellis on my Honda CR-V - they weren’t cheap (Scorpion 3s) , and after no less than 5 rebalances I threw in the towel. Lucky for me, Vaughn, the local tire shop manager made sure I was taken care of. I paid the upgrade price to move on from the Pirellis and the car is like new. Zero noise. Zero vibration. All smiles from me. Where you get your tires installed matters and the Sam’s Club on Sawmill Rd in Dublin, Ohio knows what they are doing. When the tire shop manger cares and listens to feedback, great things can happen, especially when a problem is involved. I wasn’t turned away, my feedback was listened to and processed and a solution was provided - actually multiple solutions to choose from. Vaughn has my business going forward. He cares. He listens. He makes recommendations. He solved a long-standing problem and I could not be happier with the experience. Taking a never-ending frustrating experience to one that I am thrilled to talk about now says a lot. Thank you Vaughn and Sam’s Club!

Made a reservation online to have my tires installed over my lunch break. Arrive at Sam's Club MWC and they don't have my tires. After some probing, because the first guy was going to just let me leave, they were able to locate the tires at the Sam's Club on May in OKC. Arrived there and the person we spoke to that confirmed they have the tires proceeds to inform me that he needed to go put eyes on the tires to make sure they were actually there. Luckily they did have them. Every bay was empty at both stores so I don't understand what the mechanics were actually doing but it's definitely not checking the appointments because no one called to inform me that my appointment couldn't be fulfilled. On top of all this my ABS sensor was damaged and I no longer have cruise control. This could have been damaged due to the blowout but it would've been nice to be informed by the tech that worked on my car. First and last time I buy tires from Sam's Club.

I had a small nail in the outer row of my tire. I expected a plug but got a brand new tire! Amazing service, I was in and out in 30 min! Because of this experience, I will never buy tires anywhere else! Plus, I have already been spreading the word to everyone I know! The pirelli tires are the best!

Three bad things. 1) They didn’t put on the 6th lug nut on the back rear passenger tire. The truck locked up in the middle of the road on the way home. We had to get towed to the dealer service center. Nissan said the stud fell in and broke the brake. I called Sam’s and the lady just kept repeating that they need the truck or the tire. I told them it was towed because it locked up in the middle of the road. She kept repeating they needed the tire or the truck. They can’t go look at it. Sam’s Club said the stud was loose but it would be fine until we got it to service to replace the stud. We both agreed to put the lug nut back on prior to service but they didn’t put it on. 2) The back driver tire was flat in the morning. Nissan put air in it and tested it for leakage. The next morning it was flat again. Nissan had to repair around the stem. 3) This cost me a lot of money for the repairs. Way more than the tire actually cost. Very disappointed in the way this whole thing was handled. Sam’s Club wouldn’t even listen to it. They wanted me to take the tire to them but it was already towed to a service center since the truck locked up. They could fix all the issues caused by not putting the lug nut on a loose stud.

The tires were ordered and delivered sooner than expected. The staff phoned me immediately, and I was able to get an installation appointment for the next day! When I got there the next day, they quickly got the car in, and started. I wandered around the store for about 40 minutes, and they were done. I was very satisfied with the installation.

I bought 4 tires, they put only the 2 front tires. The rear tires they did not. Apparently they could not unscrew the right rear tire because of lack of the necessary tool. ! So I will ask for a refund of two tires could not

The Wake Forrest Sam’s Club tire center did a great job on replacing my Acura’s tires! This is the 3rd or 4th time I’ve used them and they are good people to work with.

I don’t agree with some of there policies. They will only put the factory tires on your car, no matter if it will fit or not. Some models have different size tires. But it is what it is.
