I brought my truck in for new tires. Upon attempting to lift my truck, my rear suspension was damaged and my truck was not drivable. It had to be towed and Ford dealer is attempting to repair the damage. No one at Ford has ever seen this happen. It has been 2 weeks that I am without a vehicle. A claim has been filed with Sam’s Club, but I have not been notified of the status. To drive my car in, and it be inoperable after attempting to install new tires is peculiar and disheartening.

Grandson got a nail in one of the set of tires with road hazard warranty I got him at Sam’s Club. Went to Sam’s for a repair and the purchase was not showing on my account it appears the road hazard warranty expires after 4 years and proof of purchase drops from your Sams Club purchase history. If an older person like myself who drives 500 miles or less a month their Road hazard warranty could expire in 4 years wilt only 20,000 to 24,000 miles on the tires

You would think a tire installation is a basic task, but Deptford, NJ Sam's automotive dept didn't even tighten on the TPMS. Two deflated tires and three times at shop and they couldn't figure it out. Went to another Sam's and problem resolved the first time.

Horrible experience from online appt booking, to having to go in store to purchase and then come back the next day for the appt only to have Sam’s refuse to install because I have aftermarket rims. Even corporate said the policy they claimed doesn’t exist.

The store employees couldn't attend to the needs of those on the package of the tires that i had to go somewhere else to attend my needs that are label under such package, then go to the store here in Brownsville texas for a refund of a service i already paid for but couldn't get such service due to being understaff, but wait theres is more... Management offered to refund via a gift card, to which i declined. I paid for a service and store couldn't deliver on expectations This happened on sat 6-13-26

Good price on tires and installation. Spoke with dealer handling the same brand and stock tire and was told that their wholesale payment for the tires would be more than my retail purchase. Warranty, rotation and balance is great. Only problem (not Sam's fault) is government restriction on rotating, balancing and servicing tires after they are 6 years old. May be a lifetime warranty, but the law says 6 year life.

Good- Tires and TPMs installed and balanced correctly. Yay! Bad- Slight damage to the finish on every wheel. That said, not certain one can prevent this. It has happened to two other vehicles at two other “Tire Shops.” Ugly- Still trying to remove the soapy lubricants from installation.

The process was quick and easy, and I was back on the road in no time. I was so impressed with the experience that I shared it with all of my coworkers and told them how smoothly everything went. Tires were installed in a hurry, I drove away from the shop & my low light turned on less than a quarter mile away! I drove back to the shop, but didn’t quite make it because the tire went completely flat. I tried calling the shop & no one answered. I tried again & my call went to 800 center. I explained what happened & they gave me the number to call for a tow truck, which took about 2 hours to get there. In the meantime, a gentleman stopped & changed my tire, so I was able to drive back to the shop.

The lady outside of the tire department almost lost our business. Told us and another customer that Sam’s did not have the tires we were there for. We were there the day before to make sure and Sam’s had them. She was very rude and racist. The manager had to come out and correct her and handle our service.
