The tires I got are not exactly what I want, but they will work The tire insulation package is great and Employee at the Sam’s Club was also very good.

Purchased 4 tires at Sam’s, employees were very knowledgeable and tires were installed in less than an hour with no appointment. Very satisfied with price, purchase and installation.

Missing parts after installing called back to store to inform them but no one picked up in that department that's has happened to me once before and I informed them of the mistake and no response

I had all 4 of my tires replaced at Sams last year, I ran over a nail and they replaced the tire for the cost of labor only! And the new tire is also under warranty! Great Deal! Fast & Friendly Service!

They tried, but failed multiple times. The techs were set up for failure due to not being equipped with the right tools, training and authorization. They stripped out 2 locking wheel lug tools and still didn't get it off. The techs were cordial and honestly tried to help, but didn't have the tools or training needed to be successful when trouble struck. All they could do was send me away and tell me to bring the car back when I had fixed the problem. I tried to save money by purchasing tires with with club membership, and it ended ip costing more than if I had taken it to a local shop, an hour closer to home.

Sam's charges $20 per tire to install them but if you are a Plus Member you save half of this so my installation only cost $10 per tire. The installation package includes the initial mounting and balancing, properly torquing the lug nuts, and includes a battery check. The installation package includes roadside emergency service for the tires and free rotation and balancing. Since Sam's Clubs are nationwide I know I can get service for my tires when I travel. I recommend their installation package. My installation scheduling was very easy and my tires were installed in an hour. Very Happy and will buy tires from my Sam's Club again. Thank you.

Thank God for Lance, he figured out what the problem was and was able to resolve it. Not sure why when you order 4 tires they are not all from the same lot. They installed 3 tores from one lot and one from another lot, causing the car to pull to one side drastically. I took in and the techs ballanced the front tires and said they were fine, I needed to get another front end alignment done somewhere else, who did the alignment didn't know what they were doing. I demanded a replacement tire but that still did not fix it, that's were Lance came in, he saved the day.

Really hard to give a true review as I have less than 200 miles on this set; I have based my rating on many previous Goodyear tires. I'm ninety and have driven a lot of miles, finding Goodyear always came thru. I live in San Antonio, TX and would recommend trying Goodyear when replacements are needed.

Good product, but I requested a tire rotation and it wasn’t done. I had an appointment, but it took them one and a half hour to change one tire. They also scratched my rim. The person at the counter talked down to me like I wasn’t important. This is the last time I get any tires from Sam’s.

Had a flat and tire was not repairable. Delighted they had it in stock & I did not have to order it. After shopping for over an hour, stood on my feet for almost two hours because they have nowhere for you to sit. There were two of us--one lady in her mid 70's and I am 83.
