This is the first time that I purchased tires from Sams Club. I was a bit hesitant because I had always used local shops where I knew the owner. However, in this case, the tires were over $200.00 cheaper, plus it includes a tire warranty that would have been additional at my local shop. So, I took a chance. The store was ready when I showed up for my appointment and did the installation promptly. From one highway trip I took, they appear to be balanced well. The TPMS reset must have worked well; I have had no issues with the settings or getting false alerts.

When I picked my truck up after getting new tires installed at Canton location Sam's Club, my wheel lock was not placed back in my truck. My husband had to go in and get it. He said, it was a little strange cause the guy had it in a file cabinet. It's not like it was laying out cause it was just used. So make sure you have your wheel lock before you leave. Also my tires did not have full air pressure in them. They were all in the 20's and they hold up to 51. So we had fill them ourselves.

I arrived at appointed time and immediately service took my car back for four new tires. I was not well that morning, so they came to me to keep me abreast of the status of my service. Service was quick and I was on my way. These gentlemen went above and beyond.

The staff at the Champaign, IL Sam’s Club Auto Department is absolutely outstanding. Casper, in particular, provides some of the best customer service I’ve experienced—better than several managers I’ve interacted with. During my last (free) tire rotation, she let me know about an upcoming weekend sale where I could save on new tires and receive free installation. I waited, took her advice, and ended up getting a great deal. Excellent service all around.

Sam's Club is the only place I purchase tires and have been a loyal customer for over 36 years. I have no complaints for Sam's Club Tire Department. The Tire Installation Package is worth every penny and they absolutely honor everything they say it offers. All tires in my family are purchased through Sam's Club, and you cannot beat the prices or the service provided. Everyone is polite, professional and attentive to the customer. If you have never used Sam's for tires, I recommend that you try them as I know you will be completely satisfied.

The tire guys got my car in the shop on time and I was out one-half hour later. The wheel nuts were tightened to specs. and the tires roll straight with no vibration. I bought 4 Cooper endevor tires and am very satisfied with my purchase. I drive a Honda civic LX.

The staff who took the order of tires are new and do not know how to navigate the data entry and I lost the door buster order even the tires arrived. Fortunately David came to rescue and restored to order. At tire installation, Keith even asked me to pay for valve stems which are free in the door buster promotion. After payment, there should be no extra cost for customers at installation.

AFTER, not before, but only after I had already paid for my tire purchase, I was told than Sam's no longer accepts "walk-ins" for tire installations. Instead, I would have to make an appointment. So, I made an appointment for the next day. Then, the next day, about 15 minutes before my appointment, I received a phone call from Sam's canceling my appointment. I tried to make another appointment. I was told that I would receive another phone call from Sam's in 5 minutes during which I could make another appointment. 5 minutes came and went. 30 minutes after the first call, I did receive a call and was able to make an appointment for 8:00 a.m. the following day. So, finally 2 days after my purchase, I was able to get my tire installed.

Refused to perform tire installation unless I bought new lug nuts from them as our lug nuts were " swollen" and they didn't have the proper size socket to do the job. ( WHY does this transmit to it being MY problem BUT they would sell me NEW lug nuts for about 55.00 extra. HOw were they going to remove the old ones to REPLACE the old ones, which meant using a 19mm socket to remove the old ones ( .748 inch ) vs the nuts on the car ( .750 inch) which is 2 thousanths difference. ( a human hair is .003 inch) Eric and Charlie, along with their Manger Bob refused to do the job, resulting us to cancel our sale, along with time gas and total frustration for the whole thing. Were we are 72 and 68 yrs old, we felt we were being taken advantage of. Older reviews, some going back as far as 4 YEARS ago, show a similar treatment to other customers at this tire center Concord NH.

The new tires were not properly installed and driving my car felt unsafe. I thought I had purchased defective tires, but was told the associate made mistakes with the weights when they were initially installed and they had fallen off. After the second visit, I haven't had any more issues.
