Great tires. Two days after installation, while traveling on the interstate, a huge storm came up - blinding rain that changed to hail for a short time. Heavy traffic and flooding roadway and I was happy for these tires. My car handled perfectly in these conditions.

Not happy with installation process. Had a 2:00 pm appointment. Check in went smoothly but installation process was extremely inefficient. Was told wait time would be 2 hours. Returned in 2 hours and was told they had not even started the installation process but that our vehicle was next in line. After another 2 hours checked on progress again and was told three tires had been installed and working on the fourth one. At this point we asked to speak to the store manager. Never did see the manager but a team leader did speak with us. Automotive was not their area and they were not helpful at all. After another 45 minutes we received text that vehicle was done. When we picked up car keys we were handed the keys with no interaction at all. No thank you, no sorry for the delay, no NOTHING. In our opinion management should have corrected this situation. Very dissatisfied.

I get the Corona thing. But twice I was scheduled for a 4:30 appointment because they worked with my work schedule. Two different kids, within two day. Some time after I talked to the second kid, Walmart calls me back and the manager tells me nope. One car only per hour. Really? It takes and hour to do 4 tires? At $20 a tire and act like it’s a deal. If your reading this review, go to a respectful small tire shop. Kinder people. They respect your service more. Oh and it’s only $15 to mount and balance them at most places. They wanna be lazy, let them. Spend less money on businesses who need you and appreciate you more

I had these purchased tires installed a few weeks ago. i had been doing research on tires for a few months. It took Sam's about an hour to install I gave the installers a few requested instructions which they folled well. The install Package was reasonable with free tire rotation.

We bought 8 new tires for 2 vehicles 2 years ago. We went with a higher mile warranty and did the better install for the road hazard and rotation. Within a few months my husband's tire started going flat, we took it in and they said they couldn't find a leak and they would try to repair the valve stem. Today we took it to another shop after we kept refilling it for about a year, it had a nail in it, the tire was ran flat too many times and we just had to buy another new tire. The service center is never open, and what use is buying a higher milage tire when you don't get the use out of it and they are never open to do repairs. Very disappointed and frustrated. Do not use the tire center.

Tire was going flat and took it to Les Schwab to see uf they could put air in the tire but when they saw the tire the said no it needed to be fixed so they put the doughnut on, asked if I had a,warranty on the tires which I did. I called Sam's Club they made an appt. for me the next day gave me a brand new tire.

I had to come back three times to get my tires installed. The stuff is very disrespectful to customer’s time and do not meet announced 90min installation time by many hours. The first time I came at appointed time just to find out my tires did not arrive. Then I came at rescheduled date and time, waited for two hours and had to leave ‘cause they did not even start working on my car. The third time I came at the location they asked to come another time, ‘cause they’ve got overbooked. I had to act like crazy to force them to finally install my tires. A lot of stress and ruined day plans. Very unhappy.

After several calls and finally, I had to ask for a supervisor to get me an appointment, this is just the start. After the appointment was set at 12 pm somehow it was rescheduled to 1 pm without any notice, at 1 pm I gave the installation tech the keys to my car to install the tires. They called me 90 minutes later stating that they can't mount my tires because they don't have the specs for my car. I found out that they were able to install my tire but somehow they had to remove it and I had to wait another 90 minutes so they can put back my old tire. A whole day wasted on a job they couldn't even finish. I picked up my tires and took it to a local tire shop which he installed them in less than 40 minutes with the same Sam's price. Do yourself a favor and take your car somewhere else unless you really enjoy shopping at sams for hours.

I do not live close to a Sams Club. The first available appointment is 2 weeks out which makes the flat repair feature worthless to me. I used to be able to bring the tire in and get it repaired while shopping. i'll need to pay someone else for the repair.

On my way home, the low pressure tire gauge came on. I took it in the next day hoping to get them to quickly check pressure, reset system. The choices they gave me were to (a) wait for next opening (2-3 hours) or (b) schedule appoint (2-3 weeks out). Suggestion - give customers a "NEW TIRES" piece of paper, good for 3 days that allows them to pull up to the shop and get immediate attention for quick fixes like this.
