Took two hours, despite having arrived early for the first time slot/appointment of the day. Crew was courteous, but the trainee struggled and they ended up putting the incorrect TPMS sensor in, had to remove the wheel/tire, change it out and remount. Product is great and the techs were apologetic, but my time is precious.

During the installation of 4 new tires one of my wheels was damaged. The machine grabbed it and broke off the stem and also scratched all around the wheel and knocked 2 chips out of the wheel. I was told that day that Sams Club would pay for a new wheel. I went to an authorized Jeep dealership and they ran the vin number to get the correct style of wheel. I ordered and paid for it the day it was ordered. After it was installed by the Jeep dealership I took the paid receipt over to Sam’s Club. They sent the report to claims. The guy in claims went to a website online and tried to get me to accept his offer from there for a knockoff wheel which cost way less than what I paid for the wheel from the Jeep dealership. The wheel he found wasn’t even a matching wheel in color I wanted a wheel that was the exact match to what was on my Jeep that was a genuine Jeep product not a knockoff. Now the guy in claims will not return my call or answer my emails asking for a return call. As of today I am out $1,309.00!

I had these purchased tires installed a few weeks ago. i had been doing research on tires for a few months. It took Sam's about an hour to install I gave the installers a few requested instructions which they folled well. The install Package was reasonable with free tire rotation.

My Jeep goes off road just enough to pick up nails, screws and other stray items. My previous tires were those installed by the manufacturer, were a standard highway tread tire, and my hope is that the Kevlar belt in these new Goodyears will prevent problems. If still not enough, I'll have this to fall back on.

Terrible and frustrating (lack of) service. Bought tires 2 weeks ago but was told I had to wait 2 weeks for installation due to busy schedule. I moved everything around for this appointment and barely drove my car the 2 weeks as my tires were so bad. When I arrived at appointment I was told it had been rescheduled!! More than that, I was told it would have had to been rescheduled by me which was beyond preposterous. I am to drive to Atlanta tomorrow and thankfully I found a wonderful local tire place that is getting me tires and installing today. Sam’s didn’t even really offer an apology. Just said I could come back again in 2 weeks. I called “customer service” and wasted 15 more minutes to be told a manager would be calling me back which of course this has not happened. I find this completely unacceptable and this is by far the worse example of any “customer service “ I have experienced in a very long while. Maybe you can learn something from the folks over at Publix.

Price was Right and the tires made my vehicle ride incredibly smoother. The installation wait time was only about an hour and 15 minutes which was not bad considering the volume of business this Sam's does. I selected my tires from the rack of available tires and that cut down on the shipment wait. The tires were a Goodyear brand and rating good.

I had to come back three times to get my tires installed. The stuff is very disrespectful to customer’s time and do not meet announced 90min installation time by many hours. The first time I came at appointed time just to find out my tires did not arrive. Then I came at rescheduled date and time, waited for two hours and had to leave ‘cause they did not even start working on my car. The third time I came at the location they asked to come another time, ‘cause they’ve got overbooked. I had to act like crazy to force them to finally install my tires. A lot of stress and ruined day plans. Very unhappy.

On my way home, the low pressure tire gauge came on. I took it in the next day hoping to get them to quickly check pressure, reset system. The choices they gave me were to (a) wait for next opening (2-3 hours) or (b) schedule appoint (2-3 weeks out). Suggestion - give customers a "NEW TIRES" piece of paper, good for 3 days that allows them to pull up to the shop and get immediate attention for quick fixes like this.

Great tires. Two days after installation, while traveling on the interstate, a huge storm came up - blinding rain that changed to hail for a short time. Heavy traffic and flooding roadway and I was happy for these tires. My car handled perfectly in these conditions.

Great customer service that keep me updated at each step
