Installed directional tires wrong on the front of the vehicle and after 8700 miles they were already worn out on a tire with a 75,000 mile warranty. Same for fees is to do nothing about it so I can do is voice my opinion on my renewal comes up by not renewing. I know you like so many others have said they do not answer the phone so you have to go up there and wait in line just to speak to somebody and achieve nothing.

Somebody needs to answer some sense. After, I received the email that the tires I ordered had arrived, I went EARLY 8am next day for the installation. I was told that they only had 3 tires ( I ordered 4) and that I needed to call for an appointment. Email did not say make an appointment but my order was ready. I told the guy I live about an hour away and it was frustrating to come all the way for nothing. The guy checked again and behold 4 tires were there. I was told it would take 2 hours so I waited.... for more than 3 hours.. I had to go around the shop to see if they were working on my car after 2 hours which they were not I got my car after more than 3 hours of waiting .The manager or supervisor should be trained to make experience better for customer service.

I can’t quite rate the installation as it didn’t happen yet. My $$ were taken at the store and I was told the tires will be there in 3-4 days. It has been 2 weeks and NO ONE called and gave me any updates. It is impossible to get anyone on the phone at the store. The person at 800 number tried to help but gave confusing pieces of information - he could not locate my order and the tires are on back order with the manufacturer. He then transferred me back to the store where automated voice told me I am 58 minutes away from being answered. So, to say that I am disappointed, is to say nothing. I am quite furious.

I bought 4 tires here and had installed and paid for free road hazard and lifetime rotate and balance. I called to have rotation in June and said Tire service not available due to covid 19. Now in late August still only one Sam's club has tire service open in Columbus Ohio metro area of 2.4 million people and it is not a store that is at all convenient to me. I can not get tires rotated where I bought them. Would not buy tires at Sam's club again. They are not standing behind their warranty

Took two hours, despite having arrived early for the first time slot/appointment of the day. Crew was courteous, but the trainee struggled and they ended up putting the incorrect TPMS sensor in, had to remove the wheel/tire, change it out and remount. Product is great and the techs were apologetic, but my time is precious.

Bought 4 Goodyear tires. so about 5 months wanted a re-balance. Made an appointment was there early, was told it could be up to 3 hrs I left. Had a slow leak in one drove the vehicle there gave the keys went shopping 30mins or so, car still sitting outside. Waited for about another 30 mins. Got my keys and left. So i decided to take the tire off myself took it to the shop for a flat repair told them I will pick it up tomorrow. Came back after I got off work said the tire was repaired. Got it home only had 21 psi. Found the nail in it plugged it myself made a video of it leaking went back about a week later and showed them no response Store in OverlandPark Ks.

Where is the store manager and what is he doing??!! The tire section doesn’t respond to phone calls to set up appointments, so I visited the store at 6:00 pm on Wednesday and they told me they left for the day and the customer service said we cannot do any thing, come tomorrow in the morning and see what will happen?! so disappointing

We were on our way home from a long road trip vacation when we realized that the giant pothole we hit earlier had damaged two tires. The folks at Sam's fit us into an already crowded schedule and made sure we were on the road again in a few hours. They were friendly, efficient, and made sure we got the best price available. This is why we'll stay Plus members as along as Sam's is around. Five stars.

Ordered 2 tires and I added $40 for the install of 2 tires, it says nothing about requiring 4, schedule the appointment and get there and then they tell me they will only install 4. Fine, if that's what you're going to do, tell me upfront and maybe don't let people order and pay for install on less than 4????

Price was Right and the tires made my vehicle ride incredibly smoother. The installation wait time was only about an hour and 15 minutes which was not bad considering the volume of business this Sam's does. I selected my tires from the rack of available tires and that cut down on the shipment wait. The tires were a Goodyear brand and rating good.
