Positive Service Experience, from the notification that my tires were in to honoring my scheduled appointment time, To installation being completed in a timely manner. My experience has been positive.

The initial tire install resulted in one tire not being balanced well. I had to revisit to obtain a rebalance. The tires seem good now. The staff was friendly, responsive and customer focused, but the rebalance should not have been required.

The tire call center did not verify if the tires were in stock at the club before making the installation appointment, so I ended up having to come back 5 days later, driving another 45min. The tire center at the club did a great job.

Had to go back after tires were installed 1 had 48psi, 1 had 47 psi, 1 had 38psi and the fourth tire had 37 psi. All should have been 35psi. Blamed it on bad gauge. I think no body bothered to check the tires before I left.
