Had to go back after tires were installed 1 had 48psi, 1 had 47 psi, 1 had 38psi and the fourth tire had 37 psi. All should have been 35psi. Blamed it on bad gauge. I think no body bothered to check the tires before I left.

I had a tire replaced under warranty, which well exceeded the cost of the package. I have an AWD vehicle, and need the free tire rotation to prevent drivetrain damage.

Poor service and took a long time. Ordered wrong tire. Service techs Didnt want to put spare tire back after new tire was installed. Wouldn't be my 1st choice when i need new tires again

Very good. Santiago was great and did a great job despite with no help and running back and forth helping all customers all by himself die to sick co- worker.

‘Tire Department’ could not install the tires!!! Left my car and was called they could not do it. Took them to another tire installer and job was done in an hour!

Excellent service and communication. The shop is always laid back and chill, not like the big high volume tire shops. I always feel the job was done right.

The service itself is good but even with appointments I had to wait almost 2 hours. It means you will not be able to get service without appointments at all.

Automotive Associate has a good eye for tires, he knew that Walmart had used the wrong tires on my Car. Sams Associate spotted it right off. Informed me and they changed all 4 tires. He did a fantastic job from beginning to end.

Arrived to the shop 10 minutes late due to traffic found that my turn is canceled and the receptionist was rude about and I have to wait 2 hours to get my tires done

The rim was bent and they didn’t tell me. It was written in tiny print on the bottom of the receipt, but I should have been told. The tire went flat a week later.
