Would have given five star, but they did not honor my appointment time, they let another car ahead of mine and made me wait an extra two hours. I was not happy about the extra wait.

Never again will I purchase a tire at Sam's Club due to the very poor quality of installation technicians. Had to go back three or four times to get what they had messed up fixed and I got the runaround about it until finally I was very upset.

Great job by the tire team at Sam's Folsom. I showed up wirh a tire blow out and 90 minutes later i was out. The blow out was on a tire bought at Sam's and the warranty repair was very reasonable. Great job!

Centralived scheduling went well and the tires were. at the store at the time of my appointment. I left the car and they called ne when it was ready. Price was competative and I bought the sevice package.

Tire installation was great! Balance was well done. Was done in a timely fashion. The installer Shane noticed that my battery was dying. I appreciate he noticed that. The customer service people were very helpful.

I was told 1 hour install it told over 2 hours. While waiting I spoke with another customer having tires put on and he had waited over 3 hours. This kind of wait time is unacceptable especially when you have an appointment.

Way cheaper than any tire shop. Every tire shop, nickel and dimes you for installation. Even if the tire price was equal you would still save money plus the tires are cheaper.

The workers at this Sam's were fantastic. Ordered the tires and installed them right away when they arrived a few days later. I would go to this Sam's Club every time.

Installed ok. Got flat. NOBODY answers the phone. EVER. CALLED SAM'S CLUB. CALLED TIRES. I HAD TO DRIVE DOWN THERE TO SHOW THEM THE FLAT WITH ONLY 15 POUNDS OF AIR. IT'S TAKEN THREE WEEKS SO FAR AND I DON'T HAVE A REPLACEMENT TIRE.

Not happy. The installers stripped my lugnut post and had to buy new hub at Les Schwab who then required 4-wheel alignment. Cost me $632 to fix my rather cheap install
