Needed to replace a tire the day before a planned trip. Tried locally but $ was outrageous. Called “local” Sam’s (38 miles away) , tire in stock warranty honored. Positive experience. Need a waiting area with seats at store

My Sam’s club tire and battery never could get the tires balance right !! Not sure if it was a balancer problem or a technician problem? I took my vehicle to another tire store and had then balance the tires and everything was fine,

Ordered and installed within 2 days. Came with Tire Warranty. These were purchased in North Las Vegas, NV, but I can have any warranty issues or rotations taken care of at my local Sam's in western Ohio.

They only installed 3 tires and the fourth I jad to take it to a different tire shop habe it installed. Apparently they couldn't remove the old tire. Never getting tires from Sam's.

Tire was in stock to replace my road damaged one. Within an hour after arriving, the tire was mounted, balanced, and I was on the road. Friendly & knowledgeable staff.

The tire installation was sub par. There is no alignment available and it was not properly balanced. I had to go to a tire shop to have both completed after installation of 4 new tires.

Got me in and out. What started out a bad day the employees in the tire center made it end well. Glad I bought my tires there with the road hazzard warranty.

Since we were Plus members, we received a great deal on installation. The tires were installed correctly the first time. The vehicle rides so much better now! We actually feel safe again, thanks to our Tire and Battery guys.

My tires were there when I arrived for the installation. No waiting to be served. The installation took about an hour. Just enough time to do my shopping at Sam's Club.
