Installation was fast. The technician did not review or go over anything before releasing the vehicle. I would have liked for them to at least show me the tire pressure readings in each tire to verify that it was correct before leaving.

Morning after Install one tire was completely flat. I put air in and found out it was leaking from the tire stem. I had to tighten the valve stem and reair

Would have given five star, but they did not honor my appointment time, they let another car ahead of mine and made me wait an extra two hours. I was not happy about the extra wait.

The tires are fantastic. Smooth quiet ride. Just what I was looking for. After a small hiccup, the tire department went above and beyond to ensure my satisfaction and happiness.

I was told 1 hour install it told over 2 hours. While waiting I spoke with another customer having tires put on and he had waited over 3 hours. This kind of wait time is unacceptable especially when you have an appointment.

Excellent Tire Team installed my tires in 45mins as was told. Could not ask for better experience. The tires are excellent and were available and worth the cost.

Never again will I purchase a tire at Sam's Club due to the very poor quality of installation technicians. Had to go back three or four times to get what they had messed up fixed and I got the runaround about it until finally I was very upset.

I had a nail in my tire that couldn't be repaired because of the nail location. My tire was 100% prorated because of the warranty. Sam's had to order my tire, within 2 days my new tire was installed

Very polite and did a wonderful job. Took his time to explain the different tire models/brands and corresponding prices. Special ordered tires for me and the tires arrived within 48 hours.

Stopped in for new tires at 8 am, service tech recommended a set of tires that fit my needs and was on my way by 9am. Great service and happy with my Goodyear Assurance tires on my 2020 Honda Ridgeline.
