The staff at Sam’s Onalaska Wi. Was very prompt and professional!!! The installation was quicker than expected!! I have purchased several sets of tires from Sam’s for our vehicles over the years, never one issue with the tire department.

The initial tire install resulted in one tire not being balanced well. I had to revisit to obtain a rebalance. The tires seem good now. The staff was friendly, responsive and customer focused, but the rebalance should not have been required.

Didn't have the tire in stock that I was wanting, so I paid for the next best tire package deal. Ive been a Sams club member for 30 years, and have always been satisfied with the deals they offer. Very competitive and top quality products.

I purchased two tires at the Bluffton SC store. One tire was over inflated and one tire was under inflated. I consider this careless as inflating a tire is very basic.

We were surprised by all the things that come with the installation package such as Road Side Assistance. The Tire specialist was very thorough in explaining everything to me about the package and warranty on the tires.

Everything was fine but I did ask to keep a tire for a spare and they did not give it to me. Only one person was doing the work and it was very busy

I had a 3:00 appointment & it still took 3 hours till my car was ready. They really need a place to sit, they have a bench for the pharmacy & the food court, but not for tire installation.

Tire Center made installation appointment after purchase, then tires didn't deliver on time. Tire man said "we don't know when they will deliver, they just show up on the truck".
