Great service and they worked me in since I had a nail in my tire. Fast service even though I didn't have an appointment. Very nice people.

My Sam’s club tire and battery never could get the tires balance right !! Not sure if it was a balancer problem or a technician problem? I took my vehicle to another tire store and had then balance the tires and everything was fine,

Grease/white powder from factory was left on tires. What a mess the tires were when we picked up car! Had to take car back due to the issue that all tires were out of balance. We had 4 new tires installed & had all these issues. Never again!

Installation took a little longer than predicted due to a "glich". I suspect that one or more lug nuts were cross threaded, but use of a manual torque wrench seated all 20. I will check to see if any come loose after each drive.

Great service from the sale to the installation everything went smoothly. Pricing was the most competitive, I shopped these tires at 5 different retailers and Sam’s pricing was between $40 - $80 less.

I asked to order Goodyear Assurance All Weather and when I got home and looked at the invoice I was given Assurance MaxLife. These tires are very hard, noisy, handle poorly ride rough.

Tire was in stock to replace my road damaged one. Within an hour after arriving, the tire was mounted, balanced, and I was on the road. Friendly & knowledgeable staff.

Didnt ask if we we wanted white letters on Tires showing & installed tires with the letters inside! Need to go back again & reinstall the way we want them!

Tire had sidewall bubble but under warranty. Relieved I only had to pay a small replacement fee and installation costs. Tire pro-rated according to remaining tread.
