Didn't have any 15 in stock, ordered, called me when they received them, dropped off car and was done quickly with no problems.

These guys are Incredibly Efficient! They had them installed before I could finish shopping in the store!

I arrived at 2:45 for my 3:00 pm appointment. Left at 5pm - tire mounting and balance. Pretty unacceptable!

Tire install was fine but took two tries to get the correct tires I purchased onto the wheels. Change out to the correct tires went smoothly.

I plan on bringing my vehicle back. The tires are unsatisfactory. They make a loud, roaring sound that's unbearable.

Sam's does a great install and the protection plan is awesome. We have our tires rotated and balanced every 5000-7000 miles for free.

Wrong tire size was delivered to the store had to wait a couple more days install was completed in a reasonable time all associates customer friendly

Not much to say since they installed the tires, I haven't experienced any issues with them which is a good thing.

I am impressed on how Tonya and her crew handled my tire situation a couple of weeks ago. Definitely will buy my next set of tires at this location.
