Had a tire that needed patched and had an 11:00 appointment. 1.5 hours later I was told that the hole was outside the tread and could not be patched. Tires were close to being worn out so I purchased a new set of 4 tires. At 2:30, the install was finally complete. I get home and find that the liquid material that they put on the tire to help it seal to the rim had not been washed off the outside of the tire. I had to do that myself. 2 weeks late my low tire pressure light comes on. I discover that the tire valve is leaking around the rubber bottom that seals it to the rim. I go back to Sams, and they put a new valve stem on. Looks like they did not give me new stems when the tires were put on. Then the clerk tries to charge me for the valve. I tell him that the tires came with that item covered. After some back and forth he agrees. This was probably the worst experience I have ever had at Sams. The location was on Big Bend Rd in Crestwood Missouri.

I bought these tires but 2 weeks later BEFORE they were installed, i decided to get a refund.. I went back to the tire area to get a refund and the technician told me without even looking up my account that I would get a refund ! He Didn't remember me and he didn't know me so I felt very uncomfortable that i was never getting a refund , so I went to the store manager , joe... Almost 2 hours later, and 3 different associates later, i finally got my refund.. That reminds me of the only other time i had to return an item and the grief i went through trying to get my refund there.. Sam's Club does have some good prices, but never never ever hope you have to return an item.They just will not want to take it back.And will do everything they can to stop you !!

Terrible experience. Got home and had 1 of 4 brand new tires flat. Had to wait days for them to order another new one. Took it off and took the rim in to have another new tire put on. Got home and valve stem seal was put on backwards. Had to take the tire back in and have it redone. No compensation offered for being without a vehicle or 3 trips to the tire center.

one of the 4 new tires was mounted outside inward as these are directional tires... these tires have to be mounted on the rim only with outside of the tire mounted to the outside of the rim. So, I had to spend time with customer service to get another reservation and then I had to drive 45 minutes each way. The bright spot is Alex in the tire shop is excellent and he took care of the issue lickety split. All in all, this human error cost me about 3 hours of my life. :(

I purchased two Cooper tires for my 2017 Ford escape the day I went in to get them installed. I couldn’t believe how fast the service was within less than 20 minutes. The two tires were taken off, changed over and balanced and reinstalled. It was amazing. It was fast and the price was extremely competitive. I did save some money.

Tire manager didn't know which tires to add to my vehicle. The tire size 235/55 r19 letter H, I was told if I put the wrong tires on the vehicle it was my responsibility if something was to happen while driving and I ask which letter was right for my car. The manager didn't know what letter was right for my vehicle so I left and did my homework about the letter H or UZ stand for. I went back and had the right size tires put on my vehicle. I went back because of the price of quality tires. All the manger had to do was look on tires to see the letter H.

Install at Memphis store went well. Drove to Florida a week later and have a vibration. Stopped at a Sam’s Club about 45 minutes from where we were staying for help, they refused because I had no appointment. Don’t recommend, the service isn’t worth the paper it’s written on.
