I never purchased tires from Sam's club before so I didn't know the process. But when I got to the store ,the greeter directed me where to go. I went to the tire center they gave me instructions and time frame for installation. I was told it would take about an hour........ It was true to the time i was given when my phone rang. Everything went smoothly :)

Ordered tires on a Monday and they came in on a Friday. I didn’t receive a call or text so the following Wednesday I stopped in to check on them and no reason or excise was given for no contact. The installation was scheduled and went well. Love the warranty and the price. Just wasted 5 days waiting for them to arrive and not hearing anything was not the experience I would expect from Sam’s.

I purchased 4 tires from Sam's in Lake Charles, La and had to make appointment to install on Father's Day @ noon - waisting my Father's Day. I left my truck and went grab lunch because install would take 1 hour. When I returned my truck had no new tires because the ONLY socket they had available didnt fit my luggs, only fit 1/2 of them. Not sure if others will read this but I will NEVER buy tires from this place again - i got my money back and Im not going back . Do yourself a favor and spend the extra few bucks and have professionals install your tires instead of these kids - you'll save in the long run.

I called to get a new set of tires. The guy asked me for my car info. He told me the tire that was in stock. I booked an appointment to have the tires installed, showed up on time, paid over $900 for the tires and went shopping until the car was ready. I got a call about 30 minutes in from Sam’s telling me the tires would not fit my car. I asked if they had any tires in stock that would fit my car and he said no. These were the tires that Sam’s told me I should buy based upon my car info. He said they would have to put my tires back on. The tire department couldn’t issue a credit to my card so I had to go to the service counter and they could not get the total credit amount from my receipt and ended up giving me some odd change and a credit against my card. Frustrating

I purchased new tires for my Toyota Tacoma almost 3 weeks ago and paid in full for them. I haven’t been able to get them on my pickup because the lift they use has been broken. It’s a joke that it takes this long to get it fixed. As of last week they were waiting for an inspection on it. It’s almost time to cancel and just go somewhere else!

These tires are highly rated and they make our minivan drive, steer and handle as good as when it was new. Being able to handle the occasional light snow is comforting to know. I was satisfied with the speed of installation and cost. When I got home I checked tire pressures and they were all over the place however, and two tires were very underinflated. I aired all the tires up to the 36 psi our vehicle requires and all has been fine since.

Prepare yourself for a long wait if you just want to drop off a tire for repair. It's scheduled by making an appointment. And don't try to bring your own tire pressure sensors for install with a purchase of a new set of tires. Although the service saved me when I drove over a paddle bit in the road only 2 weeks after I got 4 new tires. Only $20 to replace with another new one. Corpus Christi has got to have the worst roads in Texas

I was informed the day I was supposed to getting my tires that I had the wrong type of lug nuts. There was nothing wrong with the lug nuts but Sam’s prefers you to have a certain type and apparently they “can’t touch your tires if they are not the right type.” That information would have been good to know when I bought my tires 3 days prior so that I could have been prepared. Instead I have to leave the store, go buy 20 lug nuts, and then come back. It was very frustrating, but at least that gave them a 20 minute vape break from all their hard work of standing around. FYI - make sure you have the right nuts before you get there.

The tire balance machine was not working correctly. They sent me home with my new tire’s rideing very rough. I had to bring the truck back for a redo.it was a waste of my time and they could have contacted me when the defective balancer was discovered. Not happy at all !

Tires was not balanced on the installation. Installer did not put the caps back on valve stems. I had to purchase new caps. Forgot to put the center cover on rim. I had to travel three times back to get the install done right. Poor in quaffed personnel.
