On February 25, 2026, I purchased 4 tires. I had to return to the a total of 5 times before they replace the right passenger tire. I was told that the sensor needed replacing. I had it replaced. The manager installed the sensor the second visit. 3rd visit , I went to a different location and I was told that they didn’t like working behind another store. The tire still was losing pressure. I returned to the original store and the manager found the hole. Today made the 5th visit. I made an appointment via call center. I received my appointment confirmation via email at 5pm ,Tuesday, August 25th. I get to the approximately 4:35pm. The clerk informs me that my appointment was at 4pm and I was 30 minutes late, and I would need rescheduled because they had other customers scheduled at 5pm. There were no cars in the stalls during our conversation. I had to stand firm about why should I have to wait because the company over booked. I had to plead with him to take my keys and put me on the list. The customers that he chose to finish their vehicles before me were white and I am black. I got there at 4.35pm. Why he suggested that I reschedule? Why he didn’t tell the other customers that they were over booked and service might be delayed. After making a verbal complaint at customer service desk, my vehicle was pulled in, I finally got a replacement. I have lost money and time dealing with Sam’s Club with this defective a$$ tire. I don’t recommend this product. After this horrific experience. I will never buy tires again. This has been the most painful experience ever dealing with replacing a tire. Shame on Sam’s. Maybe next time, I will get one of my right friends to take the vehicle for tire service. I really believe that Sam’s owe me some type of compensation for this horrible ordeal.

My rear tire sprang a leak from a puncture which, being in the sidewall, was not repairable. Sam's didn't have a replacement of the right size, but put in a rush order and two days later the replacement came in. Sam's mounted it the next morning and I'm on the road again.

At time of purchase i also made an appointment to have tires installed (5 days ahead) yet when i showed up for installation i was told "YOU'LL HAVE TOO RESCHEDULE" to which i said NO!!! NOT TODAY I'VE WAITED LONG ENOUGH!! Installation went well but i felt like my tire purchase was not as critical & important as new customers inquires.

When I picked my truck up after getting new tires installed at Canton location Sam's Club, my wheel lock was not placed back in my truck. My husband had to go in and get it. He said, it was a little strange cause the guy had it in a file cabinet. It's not like it was laying out cause it was just used. So make sure you have your wheel lock before you leave. Also my tires did not have full air pressure in them. They were all in the 20's and they hold up to 51. So we had fill them ourselves.

I had road hazard warranty, but I had to pay $30 to have a new tire, which I had to purchase on the proration for them. I had a 7 left on tread depth, and had to pay about 75% of what the tire cost . What is road hazard warranty worth? Apparently not much.

Our appointment was cancelled three times and first time they cancelled second time when we went there they asked if we have the tire lifter for Tesla which they should called us and checked before we come so returned home . Third time again they cancelled . Fourth time when we went there they installed and handed over with low tire in one. We returned back in few steps and asked to fill they said done and closed shutters but still low again went inside in the cold to inform and aagain he filled it and said all set and they closed shutters but still low so lost patience and returned home and got it filled taking to another near by gas station.

We had tires put on and the next day we went camping and were all over the road. Sams said the front tires were 65psi and the rear 75.psi. We had to pull into wall mart and have them checked because we were all over the road. They said the front right was 60psi and the left front was 78psi and the left rear was 58psi and the right was 50psi and we should never been on the road they were surprised we made it to Rifle. We will do business with Wall Mart and all our family and friends will also from here on out! Disgraceful!!

While the team and price at installation store was quick and knowledgeable, was it just a coincidence that a rear wheel bearing just happened to go bad at the exact same time? For 1,000 miles, I thought the low growling was the new tires. No, they shouldn’t make noise like that. With the wheel bearing fixed, I’m good to go!

I never had the tires installed. The day I was scheduled for install Sam’s club called an hour before my scheduled appointment and canceled the appointment. I needed tires so I went to another tire store and bought tires that were installed right away. So much for having a Plus membership. The store manager Chris said she was going to send me a gift card for the trouble this caused me. Never received the gift card. Very disappointed in the service.

Didn't set the bead properly and sent me down the road, resulting in flat tires and a safety hazard. Mischarged me for follow up service. Manager didn't follow up with me as promised and didn't correct the overcharge. Location hung up on me more than once after thirty to sixty minute holds. All this resulting in several extra trips. The time off of work and fuel cost far outweighed any savings. I've been buying tires from Sam's since the '90's, but no more, never again. I'll pay a little more elsewhere and hopefully get better service. I'll save money in the long run.
