I did not get the tpms installed when new tires were changed. Was told they don’t have or stocked the package. I was not happy because I might not have gotten them if I know they are not available. I think it is Sam’s fault. Now I have to manually check the tires pressure.

I had to pay to upgrade to another tire because the first cheap tires they sold me kept failing. They could not replace my tires I had because they no longer carried them. I was told I was getting an upgrade, but they are worse than the tires I already had. Plus, the guy said he cleaned something, so the tires fit flush and now it sounds like something rubbing and my car is loud sounding on the road when the wheels are turning. I am not happy with these tires and worry the people working there sabotaged my tires or my car. The tires are cheap but are rolling. The are not a smooth ride at all. In fact I feel every bumo in the road. Not pleased with these tires at all.

The Tire Installation Package offered by Sam's Club, in my personal opinion, is the best to be had. It is very reasonably priced and affordable. It has the best features and coverages of any install package available. Sam's Club doesn't take half your day to install tires on your vehicle, and you have the pleasure of shopping in store while waiting. So you accomplish two chores at the same time. The personnel are very polite and informative, and when they complete the install you can drive away with confidence that you have scored a home-run making Sam's your choice for the purchase of and installing your brand new tires.

Horrible service - bought 4 tires for my teenage daughter. She had one go bad and Sam’s Club warranted it but was too busy to help her. After two weeks the technician put the new tire on the rim, put it in her car and told her he was too busy to install it. I’ll won’t be buying tires from Sam’s in the future.

I came in on a wednesday and bought four goodyear.Wrangler tires . Three days later, one of the tires went completely flat in my driveway . New nails no holes nothing. It took four days to get a new tire. They charged me $ 20 . 00 to put the new tire on . Customer service here is horrible . I would never recommend buying tires from sam's club ever .

Refused to perform tire installation unless I bought new lug nuts from them as our lug nuts were " swollen" and they didn't have the proper size socket to do the job. ( WHY does this transmit to it being MY problem BUT they would sell me NEW lug nuts for about 55.00 extra. HOw were they going to remove the old ones to REPLACE the old ones, which meant using a 19mm socket to remove the old ones ( .748 inch ) vs the nuts on the car ( .750 inch) which is 2 thousanths difference. ( a human hair is .003 inch) Eric and Charlie, along with their Manger Bob refused to do the job, resulting us to cancel our sale, along with time gas and total frustration for the whole thing. Were we are 72 and 68 yrs old, we felt we were being taken advantage of. Older reviews, some going back as far as 4 YEARS ago, show a similar treatment to other customers at this tire center Concord NH.

Brought in for tire repair but unable to put a patch because to close to sidewall. Purchased the tires new from Sams Club a few years ago installed. Road hazard warranty was honored and paid difference of the wear on the tire which was about 50%. $90 dollar tire and i paid $42 difference while in the shop they balanced and rotated the rest of the tires at no cost honoring the lifetime warranty and did it all in less than hour. Very happy with all of the transaction.

I told them keep the best tire for my spare and the one they left in the back of my truck was badly weather checked and my original spare was in better shape and instead of calling me and asking what to do both my ordinal spare and bad tire in the back of the truck, they didn't even bother putting the spare where it was supposed to be! this will probably be the last time I will buy tires from Sam's!

Sam's Tire Installation Package is a great value for the price point. Only complaint would be the time it takes to do the actual install. 2-3 hours every time I have purchased new tires at this location. They get it done, but seems like an excessive amount of time. Maybe over scheduling appointments or something else with management of the shop. But otherwise, a good experience this time and great value for the package.

As well as getting the tire installed, I had also made an appointment to get the tires rotated. It was not done. The tires I had on my vehicle before I had to purchase these tires that I had on my vehicle for five years and never had to use my spare tire. Now I have had to use it twice. I seriously believe purchasing these tires was not my best purchase. The guy that installed the tire was not going to put the spare where it went, I had to show him where the tools were to put the spare back and I had to assist him to put it back.
