Seems like if I paid this amount for the tires; installation should have been free. We’re paying the employer salary that the company should pay them. $20/tire is an extra $100s which you say you’re offering to deduct from the price of the tires BUT ALL THIS IS ADDED BACK IN THE TIRE PRICE. SO YOU REALLY ISN’T DEDUCTING ANYTHING. VERY SNEAKY IF THE CUSTOMER IS NOT PAYING ATTENTION TO WHAT IS HAPPENING.

We had to go back 2 times after showing up early for our apt. The tech said he would call us when he figured out how to use the tire machine. Hours and many attempts to call after our apt., he told my husband that he could do it, but he had to wait until all the vehicles in line behind him, were completed. Insane. Where’s the customer service. It was not our fault they told us to leave because they couldn’t use their own tire equipment. Then after finally the tire replaced, our tire light won’t go out, the same problem we had last year when this tire service replaced all four tires. We can’t get through on their phones. Customer service desk staff tried to help, but we were disconnected when we asked for the manager. Augh This is a nightmare.

The Tire/Battery Shop was very busy on a Saturday afternoon. The employees were so good at squeezing me in for my 2 new tires. They were very courteous & kind. I have always received great service when getting new tires & getting batteries for my truck.

Disappointed. Was told we would receive a call when the car was ready. Waited in the Sam’s club dining area for an hour and twenty minutes. No call. Walked over to the tire department and low and behold the car was done over twenty minutes ago. NO PHONE CALL SAYING IT WAS READY. Poor customer service

Professional, efficient, and valuable. Correct tires were ordered and installed after I ordered the wrong ones from the website. My error was corrected without complaint. One of my new tires picked up a road hazard that destroyed it within two weeks of driving on the new tires. This was fully covered by the protection offered with the install. I am now a Sam’s Club tire devotee.

The Sam’s Club price and installation is unbeatable! The team is friendly & courteous, ensured I got what I needed, and completed it in quick fashion. The inclusion of disposal and the road warranty with regular free maintenance just puts this over the top for the price.

This tire installation caused such a headache. First they put the wrong tires on my car and then called me to have to come in again and have the right tires put on. Then they lost one of my hubcaps and told me I’d “just have to buy another one” because they didn’t know where it went. I was not impressed and will not be going back again.

I had to return three times after the installation to get my tires balanced. On the third visit I requested I have another tire shop do the balancing. The shop that did the third balance said that the wrong weights were used. I returned to Sams to get reimbursed for the third balancing. I gave written proof of what the other shop found. I will purchase tires from Sams but will never allow them to install them

I never purchased tires from Sam's club before so I didn't know the process. But when I got to the store ,the greeter directed me where to go. I went to the tire center they gave me instructions and time frame for installation. I was told it would take about an hour........ It was true to the time i was given when my phone rang. Everything went smoothly :)

My experience with Sam's Club tire center was good I purchased 4 tires they said will take 1 week before tires arrived, for my surprise in two days the call me to schedule appointment for tires installation and 45 minutes my new tires were installed.
