Stopped in to purchase tires. Told had to pay for and they would email me times I could schedule for installation. Was not emailed, finally called to see why. At that point was scheduled for a 1 pm appointment. Arrived on time. It was 4:30 when the 4 tires were finally installed. Was advised it might take 1-2 hours since they were behind. Not pleased! Will look elsewhere to purchase tires!

The tires are great the service was horrible. Ordered the wrong tires which was my mistake. However the sales associate sold me another set that was available in the store. Come to find out they did not realize they only had 3 out of the 4 tires in stock. And they did not realize it until they already junked my original tires. What a nightmare. Finally was able to get the correct tire on a week later. No refund compensation, no discounts. Nothing for their incompetence. Just acted doing business as usual. Never again.

Tire installation was reasonably fast and the staff was knowledgeable. It took just under an hour from the time I came into the time I Departed the shop. I spent my waiting time wisely counting the number of shoppers who had purchased a watermelon on a hot day!

They didn’t replace valve stems. One was damaged which caused the new tire to be ruined. The tire and valve stem were replaced at no charge. I just think the valve stems should have been replaced . The tire department was very good about everything and I was pleased with the service and will return with my other vehicles when I need tires

After a side wall puncture a new tire had to be ordered under warranty. It was then discovered the donut tire with the car had rubber rot and was not usable. One of the guys immediately got on the phone, and after calling around was able to find a temporary replacement tire. They got me back on the road and safely home quickly. The new tire arrived quickly and was replaced same day. Was able to go out of town for Father’s Day because of their hard work.

This tire installation caused such a headache. First they put the wrong tires on my car and then called me to have to come in again and have the right tires put on. Then they lost one of my hubcaps and told me I’d “just have to buy another one” because they didn’t know where it went. I was not impressed and will not be going back again.

The installation package covers regular rotation and balancing (in 5K mile increments), but most importantly covers road hazard replacement. A vicious rock recently sliced the (irreparable) sidewall of one of our tires - causing an INSTANT "flat" - and Sam's Club replaced and balanced the tire with no hassle and a minimum cost - a GREAT savings to us!

Lousy customer service I had an appointment at 10:00 AM wich they told me it was the first one but they ended up helping two cars before me I got out at 1:00 pm personal are rude specially a black African man I am not planning in renewing my membership

Best place ever to get tires. Never going to the dealership for tires. 100 out of 10! Clean, quick and absolutely knowledgeable about all the tires. The employee was super nice and very patient. He deserves a raise. Was all alone too and replaced all Four tires in 45 minutes. Great job!

Prepare yourself for a long wait if you just want to drop off a tire for repair. It's scheduled by making an appointment. And don't try to bring your own tire pressure sensors for install with a purchase of a new set of tires. Although the service saved me when I drove over a paddle bit in the road only 2 weeks after I got 4 new tires. Only $20 to replace with another new one. Corpus Christi has got to have the worst roads in Texas
