Had an awesome experience with the customer service representative. They were very helpful and knowledgeable on what would be the best tires for my car. The pricing was the best in the area, was an overall great experience and I'm very happy with this purchase.

I was told to have the wheels taken off elsewhere, then come back to have the tires installed. They were incapable of getting them off. I only bought the tires instead and went to a real tire shop for installation. Don’t let these people work on your car. In and out of my local tire shop in 15 minutes.

Went in for a nail patch, but had multiple nails, so road hazard covered it. These guys are so quick and super friendly and helpful! Not only do I get my tires here on all of my vehicles, but I have family drive 250 miles for the great service and speed at this local Sam’s in Keller, TX. Keep up the great work!!

Sam's installation crew did a great job, with the exception that when I picked my car up, they didn't have any documentation for me, no warranty paperwork, nothing even showing me what tires they installed, but once I examined my vehicle, I could tell they were the correct tires. They explained to me that I could find everything on line at Sams.com. I did have my purchase document from when I ordered them, so I wasn't too worried about them supporting the product as needed.

Best place ever to get tires. Never going to the dealership for tires. 100 out of 10! Clean, quick and absolutely knowledgeable about all the tires. The employee was super nice and very patient. He deserves a raise. Was all alone too and replaced all Four tires in 45 minutes. Great job!

Horrible experience!!! Ordered on Sam’s.com, confirmation from WalMart, they passed order to a third party, Frdex delivered to my home driveway blocking my car in garage, neighbor loaded tires in 2nd car, drive them to Sam’s Club who refused to install them because I didn’t purchase from that store. Had to order a 2nd set of tires from that club to get the tires I needed that they would install. Then I had a terrible time getting a refund on 1st set of tires. Still don’t have refund, but have returned tires. I’m a 100% disabled Vietnam vet. As I said, horrible time consuming experience.

My appointment was scheduled for 1pm. I arrived at 12:30pm. My car was pulled into the shop at 2pm. The work was not completed until 4:15pm. It was the only vehicle being worked on. I purchased 4 new tires and also wanted 4 new Tire Pressure Moniters installed. One for each tire. I was told that could not be done at this time because there was only one technician available to work on my car. The installation take much longer than expected. Now I will have to schedule another appointment to have 4 new Tire Pressure Moniters installed. Not to mention the addition cost of installing them.

I had been looking for tires and I thought I would get a price quote on 4 new tires. The Sam’s service representative gave me a very good price on the tires, installation, Amanda tire disposal fee. It just so happened that the service department had a cancellation, they had the tires in stock and could install them now. Well I had them install the tires and so far I have been very pleased with the ride and handling of my new tires.

The staff who took the order of tires are new and do not know how to navigate the data entry and I lost the door buster order even the tires arrived. Fortunately David came to rescue and restored to order. At tire installation, Keith even asked me to pay for valve stems which are free in the door buster promotion. After payment, there should be no extra cost for customers at installation.

While the team and price at installation store was quick and knowledgeable, was it just a coincidence that a rear wheel bearing just happened to go bad at the exact same time? For 1,000 miles, I thought the low growling was the new tires. No, they shouldn’t make noise like that. With the wheel bearing fixed, I’m good to go!
