Purchased 4 tires, from the beginning the tech was not interested and didn't know about tires. Sold be tires and said as long as you have 4 wheel drive these tires would be ok. Said they would be in in a week. No phone call saying they were ready. Made an appointment to put them on . The tech said it depends on who shows up to work. Went to the appointment waited then went my car still wasn't looked at. The tech asked me if i had locks on the tires. Which made me question should he know that. They didn't put on the tires and wasted my time. Took two trips. I got a refund which was 1000. I wasted time and made two trips. The staff they have working have horrible horrible customer service. The one tech was given my keys and had a bad attitude that he had to pull my car in. I was so mad I literally considered cancelling my plus membership. I had stopped shopping there because I was disgusted. Went to Goodyear on niagara falls blvd got the tires the next day in stock. Put them on in one hour and they are great. Sams club should be ashamed of this dept.

I never had the tires installed. The day I was scheduled for install Sam’s club called an hour before my scheduled appointment and canceled the appointment. I needed tires so I went to another tire store and bought tires that were installed right away. So much for having a Plus membership. The store manager Chris said she was going to send me a gift card for the trouble this caused me. Never received the gift card. Very disappointed in the service.

I was told to have the wheels taken off elsewhere, then come back to have the tires installed. They were incapable of getting them off. I only bought the tires instead and went to a real tire shop for installation. Don’t let these people work on your car. In and out of my local tire shop in 15 minutes.

The tires are on and look great, but there was some gooey stuff sticking out from the rim. Probably some type of lube they use to install the tire to the rim. Would have been nice to rub it off before the customer gets the car. Otherwise, all was good.

Purchased 3 tires from the Sams in Shreveport. Customer service was amazing. Pricing seems more expensive than other Sam locations however it only took a few days for my tires to arrive. I was visiting the area so the ease of getting my tires done was a great benefit to me.

I purchased tires in 2023 and a screw was in 1 tire. I had no problem getting another tire the problem was they no longer sell the tires that I purchased. A comparable tire was ordered however an appointment was not scheduled to have it mounted. After calling the call center to verify that the tire had come in I was informed that an appointment was needed which would be the following week. I went to the store and arrangements were made for the next day. The service was not as expected.

TPMS stem kit replacement not available for 2019 Toyota Tacoma even at an additional cost, that is offered for other vehicles. Not the sensor but the stem, o-ring and core. Disappointing, I thought the Tacoma was a popular model, that they would offer parts.

I went in to get 4 new tires for my VW Tiguan. They only had one available and stated that the others needed to be ordered and said it would take several days. They called me the following morning to let me know the tires were now in. Had them installed and everyone was very helpful and professional.

I'll start with the positives. +quick turn around from start to finish replacing four tires and valve stems and reprogramming the pressure sensors only took about 3 hours. +roadside and flat tire repair are included in the package. +road hazzard warranty is very thorough The biggest negative I have that soured my experience was the technician recommended that I "drive for about 30 miles and bring it back so we can check and see if your wheels are tight." As someone that trains technicians to work on drive systems all over North America, this is a major red flag. Either you did the job properly, or you didn't. I'm not going to drive for 30 miles waiting for my wheel to fall off. I went less than 5 miles home and broke the torque on all 20 lug nuts, and redid them properly with a torque wrench.This is not the kind of service that I expect when I'm dropping over $1,000 to keep my car safe.

This is the first time that I purchased tires from Sams Club. I was a bit hesitant because I had always used local shops where I knew the owner. However, in this case, the tires were over $200.00 cheaper, plus it includes a tire warranty that would have been additional at my local shop. So, I took a chance. The store was ready when I showed up for my appointment and did the installation promptly. From one highway trip I took, they appear to be balanced well. The TPMS reset must have worked well; I have had no issues with the settings or getting false alerts.
