All tires had different pressures (34 psi, 37psi, 38 psi), one was lower - 28 psi. When I got home and checked the pressures with my gauge they all read just as the car did. The one that was at 28 psi was due to an improperly installed valve core. The stem was leaking air and I had to screw in the core to stop the leaking. Thinking that they have new people working there and needs more training and/or supervision to verify that they do the job properly. Owners manual specifies 32 psi for tire pressure.

Purchased a set of 4 Goodyear tires from our local Sam's Club store with installation. Was contacted that the car was ready about 1 hour later. When I showed up to pick up the car, the old tires were still on it. Employee told us that one of the new tires was incorrect and that the correct tire was on its way. Fine. 2 weeks later, still waiting for the 4th tire to arrive, and was given excuses as to why they couldn't send one tire across town to the store. Finally got them installed after my wife went to the store and tore them a new one. We'e 20+ year Sam's Club members, but this kind of inept fumbling and stalling is unacceptable.

Took much longer than I was told to have them installed. I agreed to have them installed while I shopped because of what the service man told me. I went back three times (as instructed to do), before they were installed. Got home only to realize the valve stem caps were missing on both the right side front and back wheels.

I went in to get 4 new tires for my VW Tiguan. They only had one available and stated that the others needed to be ordered and said it would take several days. They called me the following morning to let me know the tires were now in. Had them installed and everyone was very helpful and professional.

I did not get the tpms installed when new tires were changed. Was told they don’t have or stocked the package. I was not happy because I might not have gotten them if I know they are not available. I think it is Sam’s fault. Now I have to manually check the tires pressure.

Fort Myers Sams Club is so miss managed, I have concerns about the tire shop. Everything about this place is so horrible there is no leadership, this Sams is this worst’s in the country. The staff has no idea of what a well run store looks like , the store is dirty. They will never touch my vehicles because of safety concerns. The Naples store is Amazing a total opposite.

Very poor installation done at Sam's Club in Niles Ohio. After installation, the tire pressure monitor light came on. Called the technician and he said 'oh yeah, our machine might not be working to reset the system'. He said take to another club to reset. I went to Boardman Ohio where they reset the system. However, the TPMS light came back on. After returning again to Niles Ohio to have them investigate further, they 'tried' to reset the TPMS but with no success. They said to take it to a dealership. I took to a local repair shop who removed the tire to find out that the sensor was replaced backwards. Very poor technical service and customer service at Sam's Club Tire in Niles Ohio

Lack of skill of the people doing this job. After the installation, the tire pressure alarm turned on. The installers claimed that the tire sensor was bad and needed replacement. I argue with them that I had no alarm before your installation and if the sensor was bad, it should have given me the alarm with my old tires also. After spending long hours discussing it with their manager, they finally noticed that something has gone wrong with their installation and corrected the problem. I am totally unhappy with these incompetent people. Do not believe whatever they tell you!!

The tires are on and look great, but there was some gooey stuff sticking out from the rim. Probably some type of lube they use to install the tire to the rim. Would have been nice to rub it off before the customer gets the car. Otherwise, all was good.

When I picked my truck up after getting new tires installed at Canton location Sam's Club, my wheel lock was not placed back in my truck. My husband had to go in and get it. He said, it was a little strange cause the guy had it in a file cabinet. It's not like it was laying out cause it was just used. So make sure you have your wheel lock before you leave. Also my tires did not have full air pressure in them. They were all in the 20's and they hold up to 51. So we had fill them ourselves.
