Best place ever to get tires. Never going to the dealership for tires. 100 out of 10! Clean, quick and absolutely knowledgeable about all the tires. The employee was super nice and very patient. He deserves a raise. Was all alone too and replaced all Four tires in 45 minutes. Great job!

The Sam’s Club price and installation is unbeatable! The team is friendly & courteous, ensured I got what I needed, and completed it in quick fashion. The inclusion of disposal and the road warranty with regular free maintenance just puts this over the top for the price.

I experienced somewhat of a misleading ad. To get the tires I purchased I had to do it online. The ad stated that the tires were $258.99. The ad also stated that I would get $80 off if I purchased a set of 4. Also, there would be a charge of $20 per tire to install each one. The actual cost per tire was actually $277.99 and not the $258.99 that was advertised. The $277.99 was never mentioned until I actually paid my bill. The tires were already installed; so, I let it go! Lesson Learned!

After a side wall puncture a new tire had to be ordered under warranty. It was then discovered the donut tire with the car had rubber rot and was not usable. One of the guys immediately got on the phone, and after calling around was able to find a temporary replacement tire. They got me back on the road and safely home quickly. The new tire arrived quickly and was replaced same day. Was able to go out of town for Father’s Day because of their hard work.

I was very disappointed. Had an appointment for 11:00 to install four new tires and was told that they were running two hours late. A phone call or text would have been really nice. We ended up not getting all four tires installed. We were there from 11:00 to 3:00 and did not get but three tires installed.

Terrible customer service. The team leader was a girl and even though i was first in line AND had an appointment at the tire center at opening i was put behind another customer who appeared to be a friend of the team leader. I will not be back. The leader was short with me and it was rude. So bad for a grand opening. It will be Sams loss

Service desk personnel were courteous, helpful and professional. They clearly helped me find the best deal and price for the tires I needed. I was a bit surprised to find that the new tire installation left a significant 4-6 psi difference in tire pressures between driver side and passenger. Maybe tech should verify pressures before releasing vehicle.

Very poor communication. I tried multiple times to get through to the Tire and Auto center without success. They never called when my tires arrived. I finally found out that the tires had arrived and scheduled an installation appointment. When I arrived for the installation, they had no record of the appointment. They said they would work me into the schedule. After almost 2 hours of waiting in the Sam's warehouse I went over to the Tire and Auto center to check on the status. I was informed that the installation was complete and had been for over an hour. They never called or texted me even though I was told they would. I've never had this poor of communication from a service center.

Professional installation. The tires I initially wanted were not available. The staff took the time to review my needs for my SUV and recommended the tires. I reviewed online the reviews of the Pirelli tires and find they were right on with their recommendation. Great job!!!!

This is the third time I have bought tires at Sam's. Prices are great, staff is nice and the tire installation has been OK. The one consistently bad thing is the tire pressure. This one was 16lbs over inflated from recommended (32). Funny but that is actually an improvement over the previous install. The tires were inflated to 56lbs! on a tire recommended at 32 lbs. If I buy more tires there I am bring a pocket full of tire gauge to hand out as gifts, lol.
