Tire installation was done on Monday and Tuesday morning I woke up to a flat. It ended up being a faulty valve stem that was installed. Apparently the technician that installed the valve stem did not take the few seconds to spray the bubble water on it to insure that it was tight and had the ability to hold air. For some reason that was not explained to me they took my donut spare out of it's place and when they found I would not need to use it they just threw it into my trunk, instead of putting it back where they got it. I did not discover this for 2 more days when I went to get something from my trunk.

Terrible experience. Got home and had 1 of 4 brand new tires flat. Had to wait days for them to order another new one. Took it off and took the rim in to have another new tire put on. Got home and valve stem seal was put on backwards. Had to take the tire back in and have it redone. No compensation offered for being without a vehicle or 3 trips to the tire center.

The technicians installed my tires very quickly and made sure the lug nuts were torqued properly. They had my vehicle in and out quick. Also the service manager reviewed with me the added benefits and service I get such as free tire rotation and balancing of my tires.

You Installed & Balanced the tires Very Poorly ,, I had to bring my truck back to have the tires Rebalanced,, they are still not Right,, I have to Have them ReBalanced for the Third Time by My own Mechanic. Very Poor Work Done by Sams Club,, I Lost an Hour from work the Second time,, Now another Hour for the Third Time. This will Cost Me $80, to have them Properly Balanced. I would Expect a $300. Credit to my account. Thank you

Sam's Club did an excellent job installing my tires. All personnel I dealt with was professional, knowledgeable and friendly. They got my car in exactly when scheduled, and had me out in an hour. And I'm impressed with the service package, which includes roadside assist for flats, road hazard protection, and regular rotations at no extra cost! Can't beat that anywhere!

When I picked my truck up after getting new tires installed at Canton location Sam's Club, my wheel lock was not placed back in my truck. My husband had to go in and get it. He said, it was a little strange cause the guy had it in a file cabinet. It's not like it was laying out cause it was just used. So make sure you have your wheel lock before you leave. Also my tires did not have full air pressure in them. They were all in the 20's and they hold up to 51. So we had fill them ourselves.

Our appointment was cancelled three times and first time they cancelled second time when we went there they asked if we have the tire lifter for Tesla which they should called us and checked before we come so returned home . Third time again they cancelled . Fourth time when we went there they installed and handed over with low tire in one. We returned back in few steps and asked to fill they said done and closed shutters but still low again went inside in the cold to inform and aagain he filled it and said all set and they closed shutters but still low so lost patience and returned home and got it filled taking to another near by gas station.

Spent 4 hours waiting for tires to be installed. Left and the tires weren't balanced properly. Brought them back another day for a rebalance, and they still weren't balanced properly and the techs also scratched up my wheels. I took the truck to another auto shop to have them do it and they found that the tires were defective. Sam's club replaced the tires under warranty, after another 5 hr wait, and the balancing is no better than the prior set. Not happy at all.

Didn't set the bead properly and sent me down the road, resulting in flat tires and a safety hazard. Mischarged me for follow up service. Manager didn't follow up with me as promised and didn't correct the overcharge. Location hung up on me more than once after thirty to sixty minute holds. All this resulting in several extra trips. The time off of work and fuel cost far outweighed any savings. I've been buying tires from Sam's since the '90's, but no more, never again. I'll pay a little more elsewhere and hopefully get better service. I'll save money in the long run.

I had a tire losing air fast. My old 60,000 mile tires went just that. I had the spare donut tire on my car and the tire air light was on. They checked it for me and I went back the next day to have my new tires installed. It all went well. My tire air light was still on so they checked them all and said it will go out once I drive a bit. Yup. He was right. Nice guys!
