Just bought new tires at Sam's about one month ago. Recently punctured tire with a hunk of rebar. Got a new tire installed for around $20. Happy Camper!

Ordered and installed within 2 days. Came with Tire Warranty. These were purchased in North Las Vegas, NV, but I can have any warranty issues or rotations taken care of at my local Sam's in western Ohio.

The technicians were very helpful, knowledgeable, and very professional. They took care of not only the tires installation, but two TPMS that were out and not working. Very pleased with their work and service.

Since we were Plus members, we received a great deal on installation. The tires were installed correctly the first time. The vehicle rides so much better now! We actually feel safe again, thanks to our Tire and Battery guys.

The tire staff at North Charleston, SC are hit or miss. Appointments are recomended, but, rarely followed. While they were great at prorating my tire under warranty, they fail to properly inflate the tires. The technician notes are bizzare! On one.visit the technician rated my.vehicle as scratched and dented, that same technician rated my.vehicle this time as having a chip in the windshield! Same.vehicle on both.visits!

Prepare yourself for a long wait if you just want to drop off a tire for repair. It's scheduled by making an appointment. And don't try to bring your own tire pressure sensors for install with a purchase of a new set of tires. Although the service saved me when I drove over a paddle bit in the road only 2 weeks after I got 4 new tires. Only $20 to replace with another new one. Corpus Christi has got to have the worst roads in Texas

I purchased new tires for my Toyota Tacoma almost 3 weeks ago and paid in full for them. I haven’t been able to get them on my pickup because the lift they use has been broken. It’s a joke that it takes this long to get it fixed. As of last week they were waiting for an inspection on it. It’s almost time to cancel and just go somewhere else!

Best place ever to get tires. Never going to the dealership for tires. 100 out of 10! Clean, quick and absolutely knowledgeable about all the tires. The employee was super nice and very patient. He deserves a raise. Was all alone too and replaced all Four tires in 45 minutes. Great job!

The tire shop at the Bangor Maine location is terrible. Without going through a long list of events I went through to get my tires installed I’ll say this. If you call the tire shop you get kicked off to a call center to someone who doesn’t speak English. I did this for 3 days. Hit “0” when prompted. When I finally did get through to the Bangor store I was told the shop mgr would call me, the tire mgr never returned my calls. So I spoke with store manager who thankfully straightened it out. They did give us a gift card for the inconvenience. Then after I picked up my vehicle I noticed the low air pressure indicator light on my dash was on . I drove back to an open door of the tire shop and spoke with one of the technicians and he told me to just drive around and it will shut off after a few miles. Well it didn’t. I looked at my shop receipt and it indicated that they reset the tpms ( tire pressure monitoring system) which according to my owners manual needs to be done when new tires are installed. Obviously they didn’t do it. So I did it myself.

The Sam’s Club price and installation is unbeatable! The team is friendly & courteous, ensured I got what I needed, and completed it in quick fashion. The inclusion of disposal and the road warranty with regular free maintenance just puts this over the top for the price.
