Stopped in for new tires at 8 am, service tech recommended a set of tires that fit my needs and was on my way by 9am. Great service and happy with my Goodyear Assurance tires on my 2020 Honda Ridgeline.

There was a mix up on the appointment. Took about 15 minutes to find someone (that didn't look like a manager to me). They could've installed my tire in that time. Instead, they apologized and sent me on my way.

Ordered and installed within 2 days. Came with Tire Warranty. These were purchased in North Las Vegas, NV, but I can have any warranty issues or rotations taken care of at my local Sam's in western Ohio.

They only installed 3 tires and the fourth I jad to take it to a different tire shop habe it installed. Apparently they couldn't remove the old tire. Never getting tires from Sam's.

My tires were there when I arrived for the installation. No waiting to be served. The installation took about an hour. Just enough time to do my shopping at Sam's Club.

Needed to replace a tire the day before a planned trip. Tried locally but $ was outrageous. Called “local” Sam’s (38 miles away) , tire in stock warranty honored. Positive experience. Need a waiting area with seats at store

Just bought new tires at Sam's about one month ago. Recently punctured tire with a hunk of rebar. Got a new tire installed for around $20. Happy Camper!

The technicians were very helpful, knowledgeable, and very professional. They took care of not only the tires installation, but two TPMS that were out and not working. Very pleased with their work and service.

I had to make an appointment when I was ready and ready to wait, they said they couldn’t do it for several days so I had to use a vacation day to have the tires installed

Always re-check your lug nuts if you get new tires at Sam's. One of my lug nuts were almost off even after the installers signed that they were tightened to specifications.
