I purchased tires in 2023 and a screw was in 1 tire. I had no problem getting another tire the problem was they no longer sell the tires that I purchased. A comparable tire was ordered however an appointment was not scheduled to have it mounted. After calling the call center to verify that the tire had come in I was informed that an appointment was needed which would be the following week. I went to the store and arrangements were made for the next day. The service was not as expected.

The technicians installed my tires very quickly and made sure the lug nuts were torqued properly. They had my vehicle in and out quick. Also the service manager reviewed with me the added benefits and service I get such as free tire rotation and balancing of my tires.

The staff who took the order of tires are new and do not know how to navigate the data entry and I lost the door buster order even the tires arrived. Fortunately David came to rescue and restored to order. At tire installation, Keith even asked me to pay for valve stems which are free in the door buster promotion. After payment, there should be no extra cost for customers at installation.

After our 4th time back (was always told.. “extremely busy”) in a week for the installation of 1 basic tire; (Tire Mgr. refused to rotate the tires. So, much for this “PLUS” membership. I felt extremely uncomfortable from the explosive temperament this Mgr. displayed. Asked for store mgr. and less than nothing was done. The experience was disgusting; We won’t be back.

Best place ever to get tires. Never going to the dealership for tires. 100 out of 10! Clean, quick and absolutely knowledgeable about all the tires. The employee was super nice and very patient. He deserves a raise. Was all alone too and replaced all Four tires in 45 minutes. Great job!

Great job on the tire installation. Work was done on time and the price was the best of the three places I checked for this particular tire. Almost 150.00 Difference. Same tires. And the roadside assistance package that comes with the tires is worth it for the peace of mind.

First appointment and attempt the tire install crew claimed all lugnuts were stuck, overtorqued, striped, and swollen. and they were not able to get them off. They recommended going to a nearby auto shop to have lugnuts removed. Instead went to mechanic, who promptly and easily removed and reinstalled the same lugnuts-no issues. Lugnuts were torqued to 100 psi-per spec. Made another appointment at Sams to install mew tires. This next appointment, explained what mechanic did. Went to wait. Soon thereafter was called, they again could not all lug nuts off, and could not install new tires. Asked to see the tire installer. When I did, they had got all but one lugnut off and said it was stuck. I explained again that the mechanic had torqued them to spec-100 psi. They insisted it would not come off. Asked them to get a tire iron. Two men used the old-fashioned tire iron to remove the lugnut. Finally they could install new tires. First appointment, where they claimed none of lugnuts would come off took 1.5 hours. Second appointment, where they still had one lugnut issue, took almost three hours. Receipt shows 45 minutes-not reality. After getting car keys and paying for tires, went to drive away and by 100 feet heard a “clunking” sound. Turned around and went back to tire dept. they were very helpful and discovered a wheel weight was hitting car-they rebalanced and relocated the faulty weights. Now no noise. Personnel were very helpful.

This is the best $20 spent ever. The tire package was great and ive only had the tires for about 10 months. This was a great way to protect myself and the process was great. It was fast easy and would highly recommend if you ever get your tires replaced at sams.

My tires were in the club 9 days i was never called. Spent 30 minutes on national line to find out tires were there. Checking in i was asked white letters outside or in and keep best for spare. I told them white letters outside they mounted them inside. I asked for the best kept for spare they didnt do it. Was told they never saw it on the work order. What's the point of asking if they dont read the work order. Ridiculous

I arrived at appointed time and immediately service took my car back for four new tires. I was not well that morning, so they came to me to keep me abreast of the status of my service. Service was quick and I was on my way. These gentlemen went above and beyond.
