I didn't expect that my issue would get resolved in one visit. It was a defective tire that was replaced, and only charged for the installation cost.

Sam's Club is the best place to buy tires. My tires were delivered to the store on the day I was told they will be. It didn't take long to install them and the staff were very courteous.

Lovely installers and phone ordering service. You have an INADEQUATE number of handicap parking spaces for the aged and/or impaired clientele. Lovely work folks.

I bought 4 tires, they put only the 2 front tires. The rear tires they did not. Apparently they could not unscrew the right rear tire because of lack of the necessary tool. ! So I will ask for a refund of two tires could not

I can’t review yet as I just got there’s. Disappointed with the last set of tires received at Sam’s as the new tires replaced tires with 25k miles on them. Still cost $700 so not happy about that

We were attended to promptly and my husband who knows about cars and tires told me to buy the ones that he wanted me to have. I appreciate it that the salesman gave us exactly what we wanted and very quickly.

The Wake Forrest Sam’s Club tire center did a great job on replacing my Acura’s tires! This is the 3rd or 4th time I’ve used them and they are good people to work with.

After our 4th time back (was always told.. “extremely busy”) in a week for the installation of 1 basic tire; (Tire Mgr. refused to rotate the tires. So, much for this “PLUS” membership. I felt extremely uncomfortable from the explosive temperament this Mgr. displayed. Asked for store mgr. and less than nothing was done. The experience was disgusting; We won’t be back.

Purchased a set of 4 Goodyear tires from our local Sam's Club store with installation. Was contacted that the car was ready about 1 hour later. When I showed up to pick up the car, the old tires were still on it. Employee told us that one of the new tires was incorrect and that the correct tire was on its way. Fine. 2 weeks later, still waiting for the 4th tire to arrive, and was given excuses as to why they couldn't send one tire across town to the store. Finally got them installed after my wife went to the store and tore them a new one. We'e 20+ year Sam's Club members, but this kind of inept fumbling and stalling is unacceptable.

While the team and price at installation store was quick and knowledgeable, was it just a coincidence that a rear wheel bearing just happened to go bad at the exact same time? For 1,000 miles, I thought the low growling was the new tires. No, they shouldn’t make noise like that. With the wheel bearing fixed, I’m good to go!
