Was able to schedule an appointment easily and they finished it in under an hour. In the past you had to go buy the tires/installation and bring them back to the tire dept. Now its all done at the tire center. Much easier

I got the Goodyear Assurance Maxlife R19 V103 tires for my Toyota Highlander. Sam's Club did an excellent job of installation and the price was as good as most other firms. Great ride and longevity tire.

I can not stand it when they tell you one hour and they call only after 40 mins. I thought something was wrong no, Your car is ready, Did not get a chance to finish shopping.

I asked to order Goodyear Assurance All Weather and when I got home and looked at the invoice I was given Assurance MaxLife. These tires are very hard, noisy, handle poorly ride rough.

The tire Center did a great job installing all 4 of my tires. I will definitely continue using them whenever it’s time to purchase tires again. Their work was fast and efficient. Thank you!

The tire call center did not verify if the tires were in stock at the club before making the installation appointment, so I ended up having to come back 5 days later, driving another 45min. The tire center at the club did a great job.

I am not happy with the work that done Only 3 out of 4 tire pressure monitoring systems were installed and we were asked to buy one from Amazon and come back for installation. Not acceptable.

The installation was included the last time I purchased my tires. And I did ask the tech who serviced me. I would have waited the 2 weeks to have it included if she had shared me of a sale coming up.

Grease/white powder from factory was left on tires. What a mess the tires were when we picked up car! Had to take car back due to the issue that all tires were out of balance. We had 4 new tires installed & had all these issues. Never again!

Had to go through a lot to get an appointment to get the tires installed because they are short handed. Great install and great to have the tire support package.
