Great service team!! They were able to get the tire in the same day and installed before the winter storm! Awesome work guys! Made me feel much safer on the road with a new tire than relying on the 'donut tire' in a snow storm.

Tires were installed--mounted, balanced, etc. However when driving it told me there was a pressure issue. I found one tire had 50 pounds of air. I also had to calibrate them. The tech didn't mention that I needed to calibrate the tires.

Everything was fine but I did ask to keep a tire for a spare and they did not give it to me. Only one person was doing the work and it was very busy

Appointment at 1:00 p.m. but work did not begin until 3:00 p.m. Greatly understaffed for demand. Once work began it went well. I was out at closing time.

I always have the folks here install the tires, they do such a great job. No scratched rims, well balanced, and the wheels look great, these folks are pros.

I really appreciate knowledgeable people helping me choose the correct four tires, order them, then install them in a timely fashion. At all times, I was treated with courtesy and as a valued customer.

Was very happy with tires but mechanics did not balance the tires properly and had to return to a different store to get them right.. One front tire had no wheel weights at all and was horribly out of balance. Should never have been released.

I just wish they’d told me the tpms batteries was low while the had the tires off so they could’ve replaced them and now I have to pay to have the tires mounted again.

We arrived a little earlier than appointment time, car taken right in for tire installation, completed in a very reasonable timeframe! Did a great job!

Quick installation. Very knowledgeable and helpful people when purchasing the tires. And they were about $1200.00 cheaper than the dealership. Would highly recommend.
