Excellent price on tires - had to order them not in stock. Set up appointment once they arrived so I wouldn’t have to spend half the day there. It took over two hours to install.

Get told different excuses from different people after being there 4 times why isn't the issue being fixed now we're expected to go back a 5th time. Making an appointment is a pain and so is dealing with people who are guessing what to try next

The guy who checked us in was Jacob...so a shout out to him...he was awesome and personable. The installation was so fast. I compared it to another local tire place which took 2x as long. Jacob said "we have a good team." I agree!

Sam's Club technicians offer great service. One of the tires was low on air the second after it's being installed. My husband called them and they fixed it the next day.

The technicians were lifesavers. They had me back on the road within minutes. I purchased a set of tires from Sam’s 18 months ago. When one of my tires went flat they replaced it hassle free. All I paid for was the installation.

The customer representative when ordering the tires assured me he would call JamesUnacceptable the tires were delivered. 3 weeks later I call to discover the tires were at the Club and had been for over 2 weeks.

Took a little while longer as the air gun was not strong enough to loosen a couple of frozen lugnuts.. the guy was struggling but finally got it after a break bar was needed
