Took a little while longer as the air gun was not strong enough to loosen a couple of frozen lugnuts.. the guy was struggling but finally got it after a break bar was needed

Installation was great The installer used a torque wrench to do the final tightening of the lug nuts which is the correct way Most shops do not do that

Came in to check availability for tires on a rather unusual car with staggered sizes. Had a bad front. Two tires were available. Timing was perfect no cars waiting. I was in and out very quickly and the staff was excellent.

Tires, Could not find a tire salesperson for 30 min. Put tires on and did not wash mud off rims to balance them. Car has a vibration because of that.

Installation was timely, efficient and good bang for the buck. I buy all my tires from Sam’s. I’ve been ripped off at other places. Totally satisfied buying tires here

this tire was a replacement loaner tire for road hazard damage to a hankook tire which was out of stock at the time...overall good and fair experience with all involved...thank you, jc

Mounting done quickly and competently, but two of four green Honda Schrader valve caps were not returned. I plan to stop by to recover the valve caps soon.

We had a flat tire on a Sunday. We were able to visit the Sam's Tire Store and were advised that the time would need to be delivered. It was available the next day. We were able to get it installed, without an appt. Staff was friendly & helpful.

I had to go to another garage for them to release the left rear wheel that Sam's couldn't pull the wheel off. It cost me an extra $100, because Sam's doesn't have the correct tools to pull all wheels off my car.

The installation was quick and could shop while being installed. I think the reason for the quickness was that an appointment was required which should speed the process.
