So far so great. The installation was fast, customer service was good. I’ve only had the tires about one week, so I don’t have much more to say at this time. Anything else would be speculation either good or bad.

The technicians were lifesavers. They had me back on the road within minutes. I purchased a set of tires from Sam’s 18 months ago. When one of my tires went flat they replaced it hassle free. All I paid for was the installation.

These tires replaced the horrible off-road tires that my truck came with and have performed marvelously. I truly appreciate the quality ride that they provide as well as the improved fuel economy.

Sam's Club technicians offer great service. One of the tires was low on air the second after it's being installed. My husband called them and they fixed it the next day.

The nail in my tire was in a bad spot, it was to close to outside wall but the tire warranty covered a replacement tire..new tire! Glad I stop at Sam’s Auto Shop…

Technicians could not get my tires off to put new ones on. I had to take my car to a mechanic to loosen the tires then drive back to Sam's to have the new tires installed.

The Hub Cap wasn't installed correctly and fell off while driving home. Fortunately, the driver behind me saw it fall off and followed me home and led me back to where it fell off.

Installation process was excellent. Took me on schedule and finished in a timely manner. We have not had the tires long enough to properly evaluate them. Overall I would highly recommend Sam's Club for tires.

Had a tire mishap on the freeway Saturday night, and during a search I found that tire places were closed on Sunday, I headed out in the morning Sunday and Sams club had the tires in stock and were more than happy to get me back on the road.
