Purchased new tires a couple of months ago and then had a blowout. The tire was faulty. Called Sam’s tire department and told them what Happened. Brought the old tire back in show them and there was no problem in getting it Exchanged.

Tires were under inflated after installation, one was very low and I was disappointed I had to inflate them all after I got home. Hopefully the rest of the installation was done properly.

I believe the young man’s name is Taski. He was so patient with all of the million questions I asked. He was very respectful. I had to return two days later with a huge nail in my tire. Yet again he took great care of me.

Quick service i have had bad experience with walmart so i use to get my tires in overton county at a shop that i trust but with thia service im thinking i might start getting all my tirea there

Had to have an appointment. 🤨Understand at busy Sam’s club but shouldn’t be required at smaller ones. There was no other work in process at before, during or after my install. Installers were great.

It only makes sense if you are buying tires to have the garage put them on your car, otherwise you have a big paper weight. They did the job while I was shopping for the week's groceries. They were professional and this is a good price.
