Picked up a nail in the sidewall of my brand new Michelins. The tire dept. and Jeff went the extra mile to find a replacement in the Michelin system due to the tire being discontinued and superseded. Great service and tires.

Tires were under inflated after installation, one was very low and I was disappointed I had to inflate them all after I got home. Hopefully the rest of the installation was done properly.

I had an appointment at 4:00pm to install the tires but it took them 4 HOURS!!!... The **technitian** spent more time helping women needing help*** than to get to get my truck ready.

the crew that installed went way out of there way to satisfied me I went with a bigger tire . They tryed them out first before fully installing them. Made sure they was clear and save . Thanks

I went directly to the club. The sales person helped me by putting in my order. I was then scheduled to have the install. When I arrived I was told we don't have lifts to install the tires on you E350 Mercedes. I was a big waist of my time.

Very easy purchase, scheduling and installation. Had tired installed on Saturday, then had a flat on Monday. Tires were still under warranty, so a new tire was installed very quickly. Very pleases with customer service.

Somehow one tpms monitor was disrupted, and now I have mismatched valve stems on my bone stock Corvette. My previous tire purchase for my Mustang gt resulted in scratched rims.

Tire install good. Ordered tires.. tires were a good price no additional charges no up charges …no changes from day to day. no bad experiences .. didn’t feel like buying a car like at other tire shops .. happy
