Had the tires for one week. Wife barely hit a curb while parking and tire popped. She was out of town so could not take it back to Sams. No reimbursement. Not Happy at All!!

My new tires were installed and balanced. I shopped inside while this was being done, and the car was all ready when I came to see how the new tire installation was going. Great job!

It took awhile to get them installed. They said they had called and I didn’t answer, but I had no recent calls from them. I had an appointment and it took 2 hours.

I went to my local Sam’s Club and bought 4 new Goodyear Wrangler tires. The staff got right on my issue and I was out of there in about 45 minutes. The staff was friendly and Mona was very helpful. I really was impressed.

I had the tires installed on April 15, 2024 and Sams is running a sale for for free tire Installation on May 3 , 2024. If had l had waited I could have saved $80.00.

Never installed, cancelled order because call center failed to make my install reservation tho they assured me they had. I showed up for a given reservation that never existed. Poor customer service for 40 year Sam club member

Great service team!! They were able to get the tire in the same day and installed before the winter storm! Awesome work guys! Made me feel much safer on the road with a new tire than relying on the 'donut tire' in a snow storm.

I rate the installation the same. My vehicle was taken in, at the appointment time, and the four tire installation mounting and balancing was completed in significantly less time than projected-even though they we’re understaffed😃

I had an appointment at 11:00 A.M. It took over an hour before they ever pulled my truck in for service. I watched them service a "walk-in customer"that came in after me, that did not have an appointment, before they serviced my vehicle.
