The customer service I received was top notch from Michael at the Bartlett TN location. He was so kind and patient during my tire selection and installation.

The best deal around. The techs were careful with the wheels and locks, and used a torque wrench to insure lugs were tightened to spec. Balance was spot on. Very impressed.

South Parkway Sam's was fast installing my new tires, I went with the same tire for the second time because of the ride and mileage I got from the first set.

The ordering process was fast and easy. The tires came in the next day and I was able to schedule install very quickly. The install was quick, efficient, and the associates were great.

Good service but very slow to install the tires due to not enough installers in the service shop. I had an appointment and it still took well over twice the time I was told.

Mechanics messed up tires twice, left exposed wires on the side of my seat, and overcharged me. they couldnt reverse charges so left with a gift card.

I had the tires installed on April 15, 2024 and Sams is running a sale for for free tire Installation on May 3 , 2024. If had l had waited I could have saved $80.00.

Given the cost of installation, valve stems, road hazard, etc., at other tire centers, I consider $20 per tire to be great on the Civic, and the free installation deal to be magnificent on the Odyssey.
