The rim was bent and they didn’t tell me. It was written in tiny print on the bottom of the receipt, but I should have been told. The tire went flat a week later.

We bought these tires cause we were going on a trip to Utah. While traveling through Colorado, we experience heavy downpours and hail on twisty mountain road and we did not have a problem. Extremely happy with the tires.

Purchased a set of tires in Overland Park and then had to travel before they actually came in. My son picked them up for me in OP and the Wichita West store installed them for me.

Sam’s charged me for two sets of tires on a visit where I only changed my tires on my truck. Worst service I have ever been involved with. Would like contacted by Sam’s again.

Young man at the service desk was very friendly, polite & helpful. I was surprised at how quick the installation was. Sooooo much better than any tire experience I’ve had at local Walmart stores or plaza tire stores Will be back for future needs

The install was fine. The problem was I had previously scheduled an appointment to get the car in the shop, and showed up on time, and still waited an hour and a half to get my car in to get the new tires mounted.

More bang for the buck. Happy and thrilled Sam's Club offer this package. I have had it before and introduced Sam's tires to family members and friends who have taken advantage of this same offer. better to be safe and secure.
