I had the best experience!! James, the mechanic explained my vehicle to me in such detail that I learned something important about my car! He took his time to treat me like a valuable person!! I felt comfortable and trusted his comments.

The tire guys at Sams Club in Harrisburg Pa are quick and efficient. They also informed me that my lug nuts were swollen, so I purchased 20 new ones and they put those on as well.

Was not told of any package worst waiting area, one chair had to stand till done. No employee to tell you where to go or what to do. Terrible experience, would never buy tires there again

Can’t beat the benefits that come with the installation package. Free rotation and balance and road side assistance. Hope I never have to that part of the package.

Other tire stores in my town charge a lot more. They charge extra for disposal, road hazard, valve stems, and balancing. When you add these fees up they are much higher than what Sam’s charges.

I ordered my tires and made an appointment to have them installed on my shopping day. They were installed while I shopped for groceries. When I was done shopping the car was ready to go. So convenient.

I was the only vehicle in the shop while one tech that appeared to new, worked slowly by himself while the other technician talked with the manager about grandchildren.

The Hub Cap wasn't installed correctly and fell off while driving home. Fortunately, the driver behind me saw it fall off and followed me home and led me back to where it fell off.

The technician was Fairy helpful; Help me and Find in the right tire and the right size. And it appears insulation went well. The car is riding much better than before.
