Hub caps missing after tire change. Promised replacement but no follow through. Turned out to be a much more expensive tire change. Recommend taking video of vehicle before dropping it off. Can’t trust this department.

They installed new tires but did not balance them. I had to go out of town and noticed that the steering wheel and the seat was shaking and wobbly. I had to stop at a different Sam's club to get it balanced.

Outstanding service! They installed the 4 tires I picked-out while I waited, and also installed 4 new TPMS sensors on my wheels, that I provided, the following week.. All good, so far!

Three tires were installed but the forth had expanded lug nuts. Needed to get the lug nuts replaced elsewhere. Afterwhich i took the car back and they onstalled the forth witn no appointment.

The associate took a picture of the tire size from the car and ordered the WRONG tires.i could not complete the purchase. Bought tires elsewhere. Never again will I waste time making an appointment for no service. Shame on you all.

I had a 3:00 appointment & it still took 3 hours till my car was ready. They really need a place to sit, they have a bench for the pharmacy & the food court, but not for tire installation.

These tires are rubbing the inside of my wheel well which to me, indicates that they are too large for the application. These were the tires Sams said would fit my truck, a 2022 Ford F150

Clearwater Sams automotive did a terrible job balancing my new (4) tires. Had them rebalanced at Sams in Myrtle Beach. Drove on them for 700 miles now I have to get my front end alignment done. NOT HAPPY!

Poor service and took a long time. Ordered wrong tire. Service techs Didnt want to put spare tire back after new tire was installed. Wouldn't be my 1st choice when i need new tires again

1st time needing tires post spouse's death. Mr. Donald was an angel. He was very helpful and understanding eventhough he isn't a Cowboys fan. 2 tires were replaced & i eventually made it back to DC safely.
