I think the installation package is a good value. They will rotate and re-balance your tires at no charge, which I do about every 2 years (7000 miles). The last balance before new tires was perfect.

Employees were very courteous and efficient!! Literally only took them 20 minutes to install all 4 tires!!! They explained everything down to the smallest detail to prepare me for my order!! 10 out of 10 recommend!!

First they said they could not remove lug nuts, so i went to a tire shop so they can remove them. Came back and had tires installed. Tires were over and under inflated. From 28 psi - 68 psi!

These tires have the best tread design of any I've ever bought for a passenger vehicle. Great for traction on our county roads, for use in mud, snow or rain, on ice or for interstate highway speeds

The techs were so helpful and made everything very easy for us, we ordered the tires and made the appointment, went back when for the appt they were installed and the entire time, the techs were very helpful. Great location to do business at.

We purchased the tires with the assistance of Mr Garcia at the Naples Sam's. Mr. Garcia helped us with the purchase, made sure we got the sale price and scheduled our installation that was convenient for us. He was very helpful.

Extremely fast installation! Took a lap around the store but didn't need anything. Sat at the food court for about 20 mins and got a call that the tires were ready!

Was not told of any package worst waiting area, one chair had to stand till done. No employee to tell you where to go or what to do. Terrible experience, would never buy tires there again

The few staff that they had at that location were as professional, helpful, and friendly as could be....but not having a service writer and being short staffed does not help with both sales and service.

Hub caps missing after tire change. Promised replacement but no follow through. Turned out to be a much more expensive tire change. Recommend taking video of vehicle before dropping it off. Can’t trust this department.
