Sam's Club auto tech was the best. She was the only Lady Tech in the auto shop. I think her name is Chris. She provided efficient outstanding service in explaining everything and got my tired replaced efficiently!

The installation was quick and could shop while being installed. I think the reason for the quickness was that an appointment was required which should speed the process.

The tire Center did a great job installing all 4 of my tires. I will definitely continue using them whenever it’s time to purchase tires again. Their work was fast and efficient. Thank you!

My tire purchase of 4 Pirelli Scorpion Tires went extremely smooth and efficient! All four were on in 48 minutes and the installation was only $10 a tire. The installers were courteous and prompt and made me feel welcome!

What a great tire! Much quieter than my Michelin tires. Good road handling. With a scheduled appointment I was in and out in an hour. Also the price was excellent.

Tech said they would check the sensors since one was showing up bad on the dash and would be replaced if needed. This was never done! I shouldn't have to have another appointment for the tire shop screw up after spending $1200 on tires

A little bit of a snafu at the beginning. Good year canceled the order for some unknown reason, but the good people at the store had the order in the store the same day I called to inquire why it had been over a week with no delivery.

I just wish they’d told me the tpms batteries was low while the had the tires off so they could’ve replaced them and now I have to pay to have the tires mounted again.
