Had the tires for one week. Wife barely hit a curb while parking and tire popped. She was out of town so could not take it back to Sams. No reimbursement. Not Happy at All!!

Technicians could not get my tires off to put new ones on. I had to take my car to a mechanic to loosen the tires then drive back to Sam's to have the new tires installed.

I had to go to another garage for them to release the left rear wheel that Sam's couldn't pull the wheel off. It cost me an extra $100, because Sam's doesn't have the correct tools to pull all wheels off my car.

Replaced my original tires with these Goodyear tires about 1 month ago.. So far they are great tires. It is a smooth ride. Small bumps in the road are smooth & quiet. The ride is nice. Little road noise.

Mechanics messed up tires twice, left exposed wires on the side of my seat, and overcharged me. they couldnt reverse charges so left with a gift card.

Installed in about 50 minutes, had an appointment at 9 and averything was effecient and professional. The only item was the black tire haze left on the wheels which wiped right off. Good job.

Danny the tire technician at Sam’s and Deptford very knowledgeable and helpful picking out a set of tires for me. I know Danny for the last 20 years and Sam’s Club is the only place I buy my tires because of him.

installers couldn't reset my tire pressure sensors and told me I needed to go elsewhere to get it done. other than that installation was done without a hassle.

The mechanic that dealt with me on installation day was very informative very courteous and helpful it didn't take long for the tires to get put on and I was very thankful the pricing of the tires was a good value to fit my budget

Second set of same tire. No dust covers on tires and 2 and half hours to install with appointment. You would think they could inflate tires to correct pressure but all underinflated.
