TPMS was not reset after new tire installation creating a false low pressure signal during a long road trip. Sam’s technician in another city re- calibrated TPMS. Apparently this has happened before per this technician.

Had the tires for one week. Wife barely hit a curb while parking and tire popped. She was out of town so could not take it back to Sams. No reimbursement. Not Happy at All!!

What a great tire! Much quieter than my Michelin tires. Good road handling. With a scheduled appointment I was in and out in an hour. Also the price was excellent.

I had to go to another garage for them to release the left rear wheel that Sam's couldn't pull the wheel off. It cost me an extra $100, because Sam's doesn't have the correct tools to pull all wheels off my car.

Excellent customer service. Recently had knee replacement and technicians were fantastic. Delivered truck to me at loading dock while was able to finish shopping. All staff did a wonderful job

Made an appointment. If you're getting 4 tires, might want to upgrade your card to plus. The additional discount might make it worth the cost. It was for me. Quick and easy. Was out in about 1/2 an hour, during which I shopped.

Parts not available thru Sam’s club for stem change or tire pressure gage or whatever they are called. Tired out on so I was not able to choose to get other tires from somewhere else who had proper supplies available

I purchased my tires here it was a no brainer. I got 2% back and a great price and warranty! I made an appointment and it was very time efficient. I loved shopping while they did my service.
