The technicians at Sam’s did a really speedy install. And they were friendly and gave me good instructions for the use in the following up with the tires.

I went directly to the club. The sales person helped me by putting in my order. I was then scheduled to have the install. When I arrived I was told we don't have lifts to install the tires on you E350 Mercedes. I was a big waist of my time.

Tires ride poorly. Had the rebalanced once. Paid again to replace 2 under warranty( mount and balance again) . Still rides poorly. Good year wrangler workforce tires. Junk a waste of money.

The install was fine. The problem was I had previously scheduled an appointment to get the car in the shop, and showed up on time, and still waited an hour and a half to get my car in to get the new tires mounted.

Well i have to wait 3 hours to replce tires becase misscomunication on TPMS Sensors forgotten to be installed. Technician was great trying to smooth it out but waiting 3 hours… it was like neverending

I believe the young man’s name is Taski. He was so patient with all of the million questions I asked. He was very respectful. I had to return two days later with a huge nail in my tire. Yet again he took great care of me.

My new tires were installed and balanced. I shopped inside while this was being done, and the car was all ready when I came to see how the new tire installation was going. Great job!
